Our favorite VRBO rental! Beautiful home equipped with everything you need for everyday living and so much more. We loved the secluded location yet close to all wineries and restaurants. The hot tub was amazing, the pool was closed for the season but looked like so much fun. The grill and fire pit areas were so convienient. Both the interior and exterior of the house had a perfect flow with plenty of privacy, if someone needed to take a break. A perfect 10!

It is rare that a VRBO photos do not do the property justice......and while the site photos were great, this property exceeded our expectations for a private setting on a beautiful site.

This the second time we have stayed at this property and we very much appreciate the house and its host. There are fourteen of us-8 adults and 6 kids 8-15 years old. The kids loved the pool and sleeping arrangements. The kitchen area is spacious and the grounds are well landscaped. Check-in is very easy.

The house was totally amazing. They had everything you could want and more. The setting was so peaceful. There were several places the family could hang out as a group or individually. We’ve stayed at Hilton Head in 2025 and Nags Head the year before and they were great but nothing compare to this house.

Perfect house for 4 couples with super cool bunk room for kids. Big and well-equipped kitchen. Beds all comfy. Mid-century modern theme puts you in vacation mode. Great Sonos sound system indoor and out. Huge TV in the rec room which is also complete with a full commercial-caliber bar set up. Pool is roomy and gas grill is very large and nice. Got great use out of the screened porch and fire pit. Great location for access that everything Douglas, Fennville, and Saugatuk have to offer.

House and location are both perfection! Close to saugatuck and Douglas but feels private and peaceful. The house was curated with a thoughtful combination of function and form that creates ease and comfort. Top three rental homes, I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you!

The house is absolutely gorgeous and the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. The beds are super comfortable and the fact that every bedroom had an en-suite was amazing. 10 minutes to Saugatuck and 10 minutes to Fennville. Would definitely recommend!

This location is a gem! We had a beautiful, snowy stay with views of Pine trees and deer.Every window has an amazing view. With four rooms having king beds, it was perfect for our growing adult family. We watched several movies on the projector screen and the sound was great!If the house wasn’t great enough, it’s also close to the charming downtown with shops/bars/restaurants. The property manager was quick to reply and very helpful We will absolutely be staying here again!

Magical Family Trip!

This gorgeously built and designed property was the perfect home base for all of the adventures we had planned in the Fennville, Saugatuck, Douglas & Holland area. Everyone was very comfortable, the owner was amazingly helpful and responsive & the house is top notch. It was a magical week that went by too quick!

Incredible home that offered everything we wanted and more. The pool and hot tub added so much fun. The 5 bedrooms had comfortable beds, and each had an adjacent bathroom which was wonderful. We cooked several meals and used the grill and found everything we needed. Exceptionally quick responses to any requests and the area offers so much.

My friends and I love our stay at this house. We were three families with 6 kids among us ranging from 1 to 6 years old. The house is in exceptional condition with every amenity you would want; having en suite bathrooms for every bedroom was a nice touch. Plenty to do nearby, but the house is so comfortable, we were happy to stay put for a day. The host is incredibly responsive as well, which was a nice plus even though we didn't run into any issues.

Delighted with the home, pool, hot tub used all the amenities. Good kitchen equipment and beautiful kitchen. IT looks better in real life then the pictures! No one wanted to leave. Very attentive host.

Family of 14 (8 adults and kids aged 6-13). House is thoughtfully curated throughout, loved the mid century modern aesthetic. Plenty of space for a large group to spread out, the Sonos sound system is awesome, kitchen is large and well equipped (extra fridge in pantry), beds are super comfy and lower family room was ideal for movie night. The Pool was the HIT of the week for everyone but we also managed to visit Holland and Saugatuck, went strawberry picking and hiked up Mount Baldhead. Back at the house we enjoyed relaxing on the porch overlooking the scenic pond which was a great spot for the birdwatchers in our family (more than 30 different birds identified). Kids and adults both got a kick out of the flamingo pedal boat, the SS Jane Ponda. Our host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely like to return during blueberry season and when the hydrangeas at Two Oaks are in bloom!

2024 Christmas

Our family of seven stayed over the Christmas holiday. The house was amazing! It provided everything we needed and more. We loved the all of the space the house provided and also loved the quiet secluded neighborhood. My grandson really enjoyed the home theater room.

Family Reunion

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. Our family of 13 felt completely at home and this spacious house has numerous things to recommend it. The pool is great and we used it every day. The house is well furnished and the kitchen is roomy and well supplied. The basement theater is large, and comfortable. Easy and quick access to Douglas, Saugatuck, and Holland plus close proximity to fruit orchards. The landscaping is great. The owner’s communication is exceptional and he is very prompt when responding to inquiries. We not only recommend the property, but we will come back again.

This house has a nice layout and is equipped with everything a family needs. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms which was great. The kitchen is fully equipped with loads of dinnerware, pots and pans, glassware, and utensils. Everything we needed, they had! Lots of towels—both bathroom and pool/beach. Sound system and Theater Room are a great addition. Pool/hot tub area gave us hours of fun. Downstairs bar was well equipped. Loved the very large gas grill. Location is off the beaten path yet very close to grocery stores, beaches, local activities. Bob (our host) was very responsive to our needs and easy to contact. Would definitely return!!

New Year Getaway

We loved everything about this house. We gather with friends each year to ring in the new year together. This was by far the best property we’ve experienced with our group of 10. Each pair had their own bedroom and bathroom. The high end finishes, appliances, and furnishings throughout the house made our stay extra enjoyable. The lower level theater space with projector and giant screen and bar was perfect for watching movies together and counting down into the new year. the well-appointed kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals together. The property is secluded and private but just a short drive into nearby Douglas and Saugatuck. All in all, it was a fantastic property for our stay.

Absolutely an amazing home. Every guest told me they planned to revisit with their family. The nicest VRBO I and most of my guests said they have ever stayed at. House is stocked with everything you think you would need. Crazy amounts of space to socialize. Great location for both beach day and golf. Pictures don’t do it justice. Superb stay and the host is awesome!Thank you for allowing us to visit.

We chose this gorgeous, secluded home from the beautiful photos. When we arrived, we were absolutely stunned by the beauty of our surroundings. The pond, backyard and swimming pool were so beautifully placed that everywhere you’d turn, you saw beauty! The outside setting is the showpiece of this wonderful property. We found ourselves wanting to spend every minute outdoors. When we walked inside, the newness and cleanliness were what we first noticed. The kitchen, sunroom, dining area and living room are so tastefully decorated and outfitted with everything imaginable. In a little area off the dining space, there is a pantry with a full sized refrigerator and other equipment. We also thought it was especially brilliant that the half bathroom on this floor was accessible from the kitchen area as well as from the outside porch. When this house was designed, the comfort of guests was very obviously the top priority. The five bedrooms, each with a king size bed and private bathroom was in our mind, a true luxury for our family. Our two grandchildren fell in love with the bunk beds and private bathroom. It gave everyone the privacy they wanted, especially at bedtime. A great addition was the upstairs lounge, where anyone could choose to relax in alone or with others. The lower level is complete with another king size bed, bathroom and magnificent theater and bar area. We cannot wait to return again. This home is a true luxury, and Bob is an extraordinary host.
