Welcome to your perfect mountain retreat in Montreat, NC! Nestled amidst the serene beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains, our unique round house offers a one-of-a-kind getaway for families, friends, or groups seeking tranquility and adventure.

Bedrooms: 4 spacious bedrooms, each designed with comfort in mind to ensure a restful night's sleep. Primary on main floor with King bed. Ground floor has three bedrooms: 1st Bedroom has a Queen bed, 2nd Bedroom has two twin beds, 3rd Bedroom has full-sized bed.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms equipped with all the essentials for your convenience. The primary bathroom (upstairs) has a tub and shower. The second bathroom downstairs has a shower only.

Movie Room: Cozy up in the movie room for a fun movie night or to catch up on your favorite shows.

Outdoor Firepit: Gather around the outdoor firepit for memorable evenings under the stars, sharing stories and roasting marshmallows.

The Experience:

Camps and Sports: Montreat is home to various youth summer camps June-August. Please be aware that the small town is full of campers during these months. Our home overlooks the Montreat Baseball field. There may be Baseball Camps in the summer, there are regular Baseball practices and games throughout the fall and spring. Montreat is also an active College and there will be students out and about during the school year.

**Please Note** This is not a pet friendly property. We do not rent to Youth Groups. We do have an indoor fireplace, but it should not be used by guests. We have a firepit outside for your use, firewood is not provided, please bring your own. This is a non-smoking/non-vaping property. Do not smoke or vape inside or outside. Families with children should be vigilant to watch little ones on decks and while using the spiral staircase. The driveway is steep and we recommend having 4WD or AWD to make it up easily. It will be particularly challenging in the rain, ice, or snow.
