Enjoy the spaciousness provided by high ceilings and natural light throughout.

The villa features a renovated primary bath, an updated kitchen with marble countertops, and a spacious oceanfront balcony perfect for soaking in the stunning views.

Inside the villa, the living room features a queen sleeper sofa, a matching loveseat, a comfortable chair, and a large flat screen TV for your entertainment. The updated kitchen comes fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and two bar chairs for casual dining. The dining room comfortably seats six guests, perfect for family meals. The master bedroom boasts a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a separate shower. The second bedroom also offers a king bed, a TV, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Enjoyed our stay!

The villa was perfect for two couples and our pup. The common living area was large, and the bedrooms and baths were nice sized as well. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We would recommend this villa and would stay here again.

Perfectly pet friendly and happy people too!!

I am soo picky and if I tell you this unit is nice -it is. We brought our golden doodle with us and it is pet friendly with no carpet and shower wands for daily dog baths. It's been updated top to bottom and the kitchen is stocked. Sofas and TVs are great. Plus Hampton place pool and hot tub is so nice. Plus they have grills too! Stay here.

The property was very well maintained and very easy access to the beach. It was so pet friendly for our dog. The house was gorgeous and very clean and stocked with all our needs. We are already booking our stay for next year!

Great Place

We loved this beautiful condo in Hampton Place (Palmetto Dunes). It has large rooms with plenty of space and everything you need. The view is wonderful!! The only reason I rated it 4 is because of the Jacuzzi Tub in the guest bathroom. If you have older or handicapped visitors, they will need to shower in the master bathroom which has a walk-in shower. The realtor told us that the owner has plans to change that soon, so will be back again next year for a month in this wonderful condo.

This property was fabulous. The proximity to the beach was amazing! The condo was beautiful and SO clean! So easy and quick to get up and down the elevators - the property did not feel crowded or busy and was pretty quiet considering it was July 3-8. We did have some noise from the condo above us one early morning so as long as you have considerate neighbors, that shouldn’t be an issue. The beds were very comfortable and we were super thankful to have a rollaway bed to use to avoid using the sofa bed in the bright living room. The dark shades made for great sleep, as the sun was bright by 6am! The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. Having a full washer and dryer was awesome. The layout of the condo was perfect! Highly recommend!!

Excellent experience

We stayed at this pet friendly accommodation for almost a month and was more than happy with this condo. It was immaculate, well stocked, and was in an excellent location for those who like beach strolls, bicycle rides, etc. I highly recommend this property.

Early Summer Family Vacation

Our family really enjoys this resort property location. We have stayed in this complex previously. The location is oceanfront and the beach is so accessible, with clean pathways and a well-maintained boardwalk. The month of May turned out to be a great time to visit— less crowds and summer heat. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and stocked with all needed living basics. All equipment in the condo worked without issue. There was a great view of the pool and beach from the balcony. Arrival was effortless and departure instructions were clear and minimal. Communication with the property managers was easy and they were responsive to messages. We would definitely stay at the property again.
