We heat the pool to 82°. Same as other home rentals and Disneyland and other hotels. It is an ideal Olympic regulation pool temperature for a comfortable swim. Payment is collected separately.

Minimum Night Stay - 3 nights
Minimum age to book is 25 years old
No Parties, guests(even for a few minutes) small gatherings, events, corporate meetings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, weddings etc

Within 48 hours of booking, guest will need to complete and sign a rental agreement, provide picture ID, pay for applicable pool heat and agree to adhere to Anaheim City Short Term Rental Ordinance including mandatory City quiet hours of 10:00pm to 9:00am. Pool, front and backyard, game room/garage are closed during quiet hours. We ask that you do not go outside before 9:00am and are inside by 9:50pm.

Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property. They are not actively monitored. They are only present to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements prior to being granted access to property.
