Location, Location, Location…Our beachfront top floor corner condo offers not only the most spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico but also the southern panoramic view of the island. We offer you all you’ll need for the perfect beach vacation. The well maintained gated Sea Vista Condo complex has beautifully landscaped grounds, two swimming pools and hot tubs, two tennis courts, pickleball courts, secure on-site parking and direct private access to the beach, just steps from your door. Our condo is located on the southeast corner of the 6th. floor with inside elevator access and provides lots of privacy and quiet---beyond you there is nothing but sea, beach and dunes.

As soon as you walk in the door of this remodeled, redecorated condo you’ll feel right at home in the tropics. The living/dining area, as well as the primary suite has floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall windows with the most breath-taking view. Waking up after a restful sleep in the plush king-size bed to a magnificent sunrise, it just doesn’t get any better than that!!! There is also a new large flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom with granite-topped vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. There is a small desk area for those that need to bring their work along. The second bedroom has two full size beds, flat screen TV and a small sitting area. There is a second balcony overlooking the southern view of the island, including the jetties. The third bedroom has two queen size beds, a flat screen TV and another balcony overlooking the jetties. Both these guest bedrooms share the second bathroom with granite-topped vanity and a tiled walk-in shower. All bedrooms have their own dressers and closets. We’ve even add a Pack-N-Play with linens for your little one. All bedrooms and baths are outfitted with luxury linens and towels. We provide a starter amount of paper products and soaps, including shampoo and conditioner.

The kitchen has a range, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker and various small appliances. It is stocked with high quality dishes, glassware, cooking utensils, herbs and spices, as well as several other small kitchen appliances to enhance your cooking pleasure. Paper towels and trash bags are also supplied as are some cleaning supplies. Additionally, laundry products are supplied for use in the new full size stackable washer and dryer located with the condo. Again, enough supplies to get you started.

To increase your vacation pleasure, there are 4 flat screen TVs with Spectrum cable. Free password protected Wi-Fi is provided. The condo is fully air conditioned and has 5 ceiling fans including 1 in each bedroom. For your beach time pleasure we provide, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and boogie boards. As a visitor to Sea Vista you may purchase discounted Isla Blanca Water Park tickets (formerly Schlitterbahn) available only through the Sea Vista office during the summer. There are many good restaurants and bars located nearby, many within walking distance. The dolphin-watch boat rides leave from the nearby pier on the west side of Padre Blvd., near the entrance to the county park. Relax and enjoy your vacation.
