The Space:
Your comfortable three-bedroom lockoff villa at The Westin Resort & Spa, Cancún is an intuitively designed retreat combining a two-bedroom villa and a studio premium villa. You have the option of entertaining a villa full of Guests or reserving one side of your villa at a time so you can enjoy two distinct vacations.

Construction Updates
Refurbishment activity is underway in Building A through April 2024. During this time, crews may need to access your balcony between the hours of 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. For your safety, you will not be able to access your balcony while they are working. Additionally, an area of the grounds directly below balconies has been blocked off for your safety. Please anticipate light construction noise and the presence of contractors.
Please note that the elevators will be closed one at a time for refurbishment from Sept. 5, 2023, to May 10, 2024. During this time, two elevators are expected to remain open while one is replaced. Thank you for your understanding as we make this important update.
Service Animal Policy
Service animals that perform work or tasks are welcome at this resort, but family pets are not permitted. Bringing a pet to the resort will result in a room recovery fee. In the event we discover that you have brought a pet to the resort, you will be charged a room recovery fee in the amount of $500 per pet and you will be asked to take your pet to a local, third-party boarding facility.
Please be aware that in some locations, misrepresenting a pet as a service animal is a misdemeanor and may result in a monetary penalty and/or imprisonment.

The government of the Mexican state of Quintana Roo enacted a new tourist tax which, as of April 1, 2021, is currently Mx$224.00 (approximately US$11.00) for all international visitors to Quintana Roo. The tax will apply to all international visitors over 15 years old. A daily environmental fee of $228 MXN (approximately US$12.00) per day will be charged to the room and paid directly to the hotel.
