🚭 No Smoking: $500 fee if smoking is detected inside the home.

🐾 Pet Policy:

$100 non-refundable fee per pet (must be pre-approved).

$500 penalty for unapproved pets.

$50 fee for waste left on the porch.

Guests must clean up after pets, including outdoor potty breaks. Pets may not use the deck as a restroom.
