Brand new beautiful 4 br 3 full bathroom house. It has 3 floors and 2 working wood fireplaces. Huge decks with plenty of seating area. 3 bedrooms has private balcony. Has hot tub and fire pit siting area in a backyard. A Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
The space
There is extra pull out couch in the first floor game room and 1 pull out bed in a closet.
Guest access
You'll have access to everything you see in the photos! Every corner of this home has been thoughtfully designed to create a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere.
On the morning of your check-in, you will receive an email containing the lock box code and any other relevant details for a smooth and hassle-free entry.
As your host, l prioritize the enjoyment of your stay while also respecting the safety and comfort of our neighbors and community. Before confirming your reservation, please review the following list of property rules:
GUEST
• For security purposes, guests who wish to make a reservation must have a completed profile on Airbnb, including a clear photograph of your face (so we know the person booking is in fact the person checking in).
• You must be at least 25 years old to reserve our property.
• Check-in is 4PM or later. Check-in instructions will be sent via email the morning of your stay
• No illegal activity or illicit substances are permitted on the premises: Doing either will result in eviction from the property, and may also result in law enforcement involvement.
PETS
• Unfortunately, we do not allow pets at the property.
DAMAGE
• We understand accidents happen. In the event of damage occurring at the property, we require that all guests report any and all damage during their stay, prior to check-out.
EVENTS & GATHERINGS
• We have a zero-tolerance policy for noise complaints, parties or gatherings of any sort. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. QUIET HOURS are daily from 10PM-8AM.
SECURITY
• This property has video surveillance in outdoor public areas to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Additionally, this property may also use Noise Aware technology to ensure that noise does not exceed a specified decibel level and will disturb our neighbors.
VISITORS
• We ask that all guests let us know in advance if they plan on having any visitors during their stay.
You may not have additional guests unless previously authorized by the host.
PLEASE NOTE
• Guest agrees to hold the Host harmless against any and all loss, claims, causes of action, demands and/or costs and expenses that may be incurred by the guests in relation to the unit rental. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Subletting the property is strictly prohibited.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
• We highly recommend our guests purchase travel insurance to protect them against any issues that would cause a guest to have to cancel their trip.
