Palms at Wailea #1902 is an upstairs 2 bedroom 2 bath unit which sleeps 6 and has an open, spacious floor plan. It features air conditioning throughout, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and high speed internet. Stainless steel oven and microwave have been installed since the photos were taken. The oversized lanai is perfect for lounging and dining while enjoying the beautiful garden and mountain views. Twin extra long beds in the second bedroom can be made as a king upon request. There's also a king bed and a sofa bed. The television is equipped with basic cable plus HBO MAX, Showtime, Sports View, and the Starz Encore bundle. Palms at Wailea #1902 sleeps 6. Please note: This unit is on the second floor with no elevator available.
Same day bookings and those arriving within 24 hours of making the reservation requires a phone call to Rentals Maui for confirmation.
Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require an ID check and screening prior to confirmation.
Longer stays require additional terms and conditions. Please contact Rentals Maui for inquiries longer than 60 nights.
We work to maintain a very accurate website. At times furniture, decor or flooring may be upgraded and pictures are not updated yet. This would not change the seating, sleeping, function or views of the condo. Amenities are accurately and clearly listed for your convenience.
Enjoy your stay in paradise at The Palms at Wailea, a gorgeous property with lush, tropical landscaping and expansive lawn areas. The complex is conveniently located within short walking distance of popular restaurants, shops, and a spectacular beach. Play in the sand and surf at Keawakapu Beach, world famous for its long walking beach and great snorkeling. Or relax at the large pool and hot tub area, which is perfect for sunbathing and has a magnificent view of the ocean.
** Important Notice: The pool area will be closed Sept. 15-18, 2026, for annual maintenance. The nearest white sandy beach is a short 2-minute drive or 10-minute walk from the Palms at Wailea entrance. **

We had a great stay, enjoyed quiet place, close to beaches and stores around. Kid had great time at the pool. Most of the common day to day items were available and no problems over roll. Thank you to the Host.

Great location

Great location within walking distance to nearby shops, resorts and the beach, spacious, clean, well equipped kitchen, everything you need for a day at the beach was provided. Will definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay!

The location of this condo was prime for getting to the beaches in Wailea and Kihei. We had plenty of space for a family of five. We loved the views of the ocean and sunset from the pool area. Definitely one of our best trips!

Maui Girls trip

The location and condo were great. Lanai was nice but would have appreciated lighting for use after dark. Beach chairs and beach umbrella were put to good use.

Great week at Wailea

The suit is good, unit furnishings can use a little updating, beddings ( blankets, sheets are not the best ) and very limited in supply on everything.

It was a great location in Kihei not too far from the main drag.

Renting was easy, locating was simple, keypad made it easy and convenient. Rooms were clean. The space was slightly outdated and is in need of some remodeling, however, the owner had everything needed to enjoy the beaches (chairs, umbrellas, toys for kids, cooler, ice, etc).

The unit needs repairs to plumbing, the decor needs updating (mirrors everywhere), and the kitchen is full of owner's things (good news- it has everything/bad news - no where to put your groceries).
