Upstairs, the second bedroom also offers a queen-size bed and beautiful ocean views, creating a serene retreat. The shared bathroom includes a tub/shower combo, and the home is equipped with a convenient stacked washer and dryer to make your stay as easy as possible.

Although the home doesn’t have air conditioning, the coastal breeze keeps things refreshingly cool, letting you enjoy the true Laguna Beach experience. For your convenience, the home offers one covered parking space and plenty of street parking for additional vehicles.

**Additional Cleaning Fee: A $250 fee will be charged for excess sand inside the home. Please rinse feet—including children’s—before entry. Sand on furniture or bedding will incur this fee. White towels and linens may not be used to remove makeup or clean greasy, bloody, or dirty items. Damaged linens will be charged at $20 per towel and $50 per sheet.**
