The only complaint are the 2 bedrooms at ocean front did not cool very good in daylight. Yes I would stay again.

Had 6 person girls trip. Great layout of the condo. All the bedrooms are master suites. Beds were the best part. The room with the king bed did not cool as well as the other rooms. If a hot natured person is in your party, don’t put them in that room. Guys on the beach working the chair rentals were useless… but we enjoyed having the included beach chairs and umbrella. Pool and pool bar was nice. Overall- we will book this room again. Had a great time!

Spent 6 days at Long Beach and our experience could not have been any better. We have stayed at Long Beach multiple times and we believe this condo is the best we have stayed at. Beautiful decor and all the right amenities. With our kids bringing their friends, the queen beds in bedrooms 2 and 3 were perfect. It cannot be overstated how wonderful the condo is. We cooked in the fully furnished kitchen and played family games most nights in the living room. 5th floor is perfect for the wonderful Gulf views and not bad to walk down the steps to get to the beach. When we return, we will schedule our trip around the availability of this condo!

Super simple check in just followed the simple instructions that was given. The property was very clean inside and out. Very well equipped with more than enough to accommodate maximum guests. The security team was very friendly and helpful they always spoke whenever patrolling the grounds. The pools were clean with plenty of space and chairs for everyone. Plenty of parking just steps away from the building. In my 20 plus years of vacationing in PCB this unit had by far the best A/C system of any place I’ve stayed, it was so nice to come in to a “COLD” room after being in 90 degree heat all day. The one small downside was the beds were a little softer than we are used to, maybe a little wore out? But still not a deal breaker we are already planning our next stay at this property.

Check-in was so smooth and easy! The unit was in excellent condition, very clean and tidy, and matched the pictures in the listing. The owners were so helpful and easy to get in contact with if needed. We absolutely will stay here again!

The condo was beautiful. However, the air conditioning did not work properly in the master bedroom and the front bedroom. We had to purchase fans to try to divert the cold air from the living room and back bedroom. This was very disappointing. We did not like that the fact that half of the pool was blocked off.

Description says jaw dropping. Jaw dropping yes -- but for all the wrong reasons. Do not be fooled by the photo's online. When we arrived late from Texas, we walked into filth, mold and odors. Trash cans full of trash, mold in every bathroom, questionable sheets, hair in all bathrooms, broken drawers in bathrooms, broken faucet in master bathroom, broken door handle on back bedroom, the "beautiful" sectional sofa smelled of dog and body odor. While we cannot prove cause, all 5 adults and two children left there sick -- all required prescribed medications. Having arrived late we cleaned it ourselves. Mgm did offer to send someone to clean, but we did not want to deal with that on vacation. They also offered to come and fix the door handle. We chose to live with it for the week. We requested compensation given that we paid a cleaning fee, but the unit was not cleaned. Our request for compensation was agreed to. Management offered a 350 refund. However, they also required us to sign a release form that would have in our estimation, prevented us from leaving an honest review. Here is the language used in the release form -- "I and my party agree to not report Blue Swell to any governing agency, unless required to do so by law and to otherwise keep this agreement confidential and to not make any public, social media, BBB, or other complaints or comments which may be viewed negatively." We turned down the money so we could write an honest review.

Awesome condo!

My family and I stay at Long Beach multiple times a year, every year! This was one of our favorites. Very clean and had everything we needed. Pretty kitchen, comfortable beds, nice TVs, comfortable sectional couch, plenty of towels.. love the included beach chair rentals. Only complaint is the check in with blueswell. Every condo says check in is at 4pm but out of the hundred times we’ve been this is the first time it was a problem to get in the room early. Blueswell said they would let me know when it was done being cleaned, We went up to the room and the cleaners were finished cleaning, sitting on the bed, so we called to get let in, the property manager said no they needed maintenance to check it and it would be ready in 10 mins she would call me once it was checked, waited an hour, still no call, called again, said oh yeah it’s ready, she had no intention of calling me early. Drove 7 hours with 4 kids, double red flags on the beach, car filled with stuff nothing to do but wait. Other property teams answer on the first ring and let you right in. Loved the condo not a fan of blueswell.

Don't let the outside of the building scare you. Inside this unit is amazing!! We had 4 adults and 4 children (2 teens, a 5 year old and 3 year old) and we had plenty of room. Each room had it's own bathroom as well and balcony access. The rooms and bathrooms were large as well. The view from the balcony was outstanding and we all spent lots of time on it. It is steps from the beach and there are 3 pools as well. One pool has a little bar that has karaoke, food and drinks.The unit has a washer and dryer which was helpful. It was stocked with everything needed to prepare meals (we cooked several times) and we used the blender to make Pina Colada's. Wal-Mart is about a two minute drive away. The place was beautifully decorated as well and unlike most places, the online pictures were accurate! We never felt as if we were on top of each other. There are also beach toys, beach chairs and a large beach tarp which we used and were so happy to have access to!The unit is located very centrally to lots of food and activities and very walkable! Pineapple Willy's is right down the beach as well! I cannot say enough good things about this place. We cannot wait to return!

The Condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we especially appreciated how organized and welcoming everything was upon arrival. We were very pleased with our stay here. We arrived around 1am and noticed our parking passes were not in the room. My husband contacted them when we woke up that morning, and they were very prompt in bringing them to us. The kitchen was fully loaded with all the things we needed for cooking, and the air fryer was such an added bonus! The condo was clean and even more beautiful in person than in the photos. The view was amazing, and access to the beach was perfect. We loved the proximity to all the fun things that Panama City had to offer. This condo had 3 beach chairs, a beach tent, and even a football to toss on the beach. We didn’t see those listed in the description, so it was a very welcomed surprise to see. Plus the complimentary 2 beach chair/ umbrella set up daily during our stay was another added bonus. We had 4 children and 3 adults on this trip and never once felt crowded. I’d definitely recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Panama City Beach, and my kids are already trying to plan our next family trip there.
