This beautifully decorated and spacious 1 Bedroom, 1 1/2 Bath villa has all the comforts of home including high speed WiFi, Cable TV, full size washer/dryer, and wrap around deck with hill country, courtyard, and cove views. The condo is the largest one bedroom configuration at the Island Resort at 850 square feet and also has an oversized balcony. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen as well as a King bed in the Master Suite with an en-suite master bath. There is also a half bath in the open living area, a queen size sleeper sofa, and a fireplace. This villa is a great place to relax and has easy access to all resort amenities.

There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery! When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).
