Bring your golf cart and you can keep it at the house and drive it straight there! If the Ocean breezes are keeping you from venturing out, this house is on the best canal network in Marathon. You can drive your boat to several great restaurants without ever venturing into open water, so even when the seas are not cooperating you can enjoy social time on the water. If paddleboarding or kayaking is your thing, the canal network is among the best in the keys for that activity also. Paddleboard or kayak to Sombrero Beach! Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire private vacation rental home, pool, dock, spa and surrounding property. The home is located on Flamingo Island in the Sombrero Beach area of Marathon.

Other Things to Note:
Pool and spa heating is an additional $200 per week excluding applicable taxes and fees.
This home does not allow pets.
Strict no smoking/vaping indoors or on balconies. Smoking permitted outdoors along the perimeter of the home.

Cancellation Policy - Strict – 60 day
Cancellations 60 days before check-in receive a 100% refund minus service/administrative fees.
Cancellations within 60 days of check in receive 50% refund minus service/administrative fees.
Cancellations within 30 days of check in receive no refund.
Cancellation penalties are waived if due to hurricane evacuation orders.
