MEALS: Our meals are prepared daily. It is our goal to make sure you are fed fresh, delicious foods that you enjoy. Upon arrival and the first dinner our menu is fixed. We serve a heavy welcome appetizer upon arrival. In addition, we will serve Enchiladas the first night to make it easy for you. However, you can provide details for something other than Enchiladas 2 weeks prior to your stay. Following your service you will discuss with the Chef future meals desired and dictate what time you would like those served.

Your Chef services are included, the food is not on any meal served. The Chef will do all your grocery shopping and provide you with the receipt plus 20% for reimbursement.

The masseuse will provide a great relaxing massage in the massage room with candles and fully air conditioned for your comfort, ($90 for 1hours)! Gratuity not included.

ABOUT THE VILLA:
The Villa is fully air conditioned and is over 7,000 square feet of artful design and fulfilling luxury at its finest. Located in the exclusive gated community of Pedregal (quiet Pacific side), this fabulous 5 star estate boasts arresting stonework with picturesque views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean from all five master suites and private bathrooms. Facing south, the Villa's pools get sun all day, unlike some homes where the sun disappears in the early afternoon.

The scenic, open-air domed living room area is the perfect spot to entertain guests while your chef prepares a culinary masterpiece in the professional kitchen equipped with high quality equipment (Sub Zero, Wolf, etc).

This luxury, Ocean View estate in the magnificent Baja California Sur, Mexico offers endless opportunities for play-time, fun, re-connection with family and friends as well as relaxation. You just need to show up, we will do the rest!

You can hike on the hills of Pedregal, power walk on the beach, play tennis, refine your golf game, plan a fun night out on the town, enjoy a relaxing massage and indulge pool side at this 5 star Villa.

The home also has three systems to ensure pure, filtered water is provided to the home. All water to the house is processed through a desalinization plant to provide fresh water for drinking, bathing and the pool. The water is also processed through a high quality double filtration and ultraviolet sanitation system for 100% of the water used in the home.

Our location has no noisy nearby construction to interrupt your peaceful stay.

While we want you to enjoy your stay, we do not allow rowdy party groups that intend to party all night, play loud music after 10pm, or disrespect our home. Our community will not allow late night noise and will fine violators.

***please be advised that our cancellation policy differs from that of VRBO. The cancellation policy on our rental agreement superseded that of VRBO.

CANCELLATION:

120 days or more:
Reservations may be cancelled by either party provided written notice is given one hundred and twenty (120) days or more in advance of date of occupancy. Upon such timely cancellation by Guest a 10% charge of the total rent & service amount shall be paid to Peninsula West (not to exceed $500.00).

61 to 119 day policy
• 15% charge of total rent & services shall be paid to Peninsula West.

60-day policy or less
• No refund if you cancel 60 days or less before check-in. However, with any such cancellation charges 50% shall apply toward any future rental by Guest within one year of cancellation notice. There shall be no rental rebates for late arrival or early departure.

A $75.00 change fee is applied to any changes after payment or confirmation.

While we try and keep our calendar current and updated, there is a short delay when synchronizing with other sites. We apologize if your dates are unavailable. Please inquire and we will confirm.

Pools: There are two swimming pools, 2nd and 3rd living levels. The pools have a slide/ spillway from the upper to lower pool. Caution on the slide, it is for appearances only, please refrain from sliding down. Could tear clothes and scratch bootie.
