* Both upstairs bedrooms feature large walk-in closets that also function as private changing areas.

Important Information

Grill

The gas grill uses propane. Please check the propane level upon arrival. If a replacement is needed, propane tanks can be exchanged at Byrne Dairy in Penn Yan (approximately 10 minutes away). Guests are asked to replace empty tanks as a courtesy to future visitors.

Seasonal Dock Availability

During spring and fall, dock installation and removal are weather-dependent and managed by a professional dock service. Timing is determined entirely by seasonal conditions. **The floating swim dock in front of the dock in picture is not available anymore.

Boat Docking

Due to the dock’s L-shaped design, only one boat can be accommodated at a time depending on size.

Check-In

Check-in instructions will be sent on the day of arrival, typically between 3:00–3:30 PM. A signed rental agreement is required prior to your stay.
