This nicely crafted 4 bedroom + luxury home is located on a 1+ acre lot, in a quiet cul-de-sac in Truckee, Ca. about 1.5 miles directly north of old town Truckee. Snow plow service provided for your fresh powder mornings. Great size for two or three families. Quality is found throughout this home with the following amenities :

- We only allow 10 people on or in the property (Strictly enforced)

Nearly Perfect Home

WOW is all I can say. The only thing better than the location of this home is the home itself. I have stayed in a lot of rental properties in the last 20 years and this the cleanest and best maintained home i have been to.

Ski week family trip

The house was awesome. Big and spacious and well appointed, plenty of room for the kids and they loved the bunk room. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked most nights! Would definitely consider staying again.

Wonderful home for our winter vacations!

We love staying here with our family during the winter. The backyard is great for sledding and the home is clean, warm, and well appointed. We always have the best times!

Lovely home

Well stocked kitchen. Lots of games. Had some heat issues (couldn’t figure out the heat source for the bunk room) but that’s it. Great sledding around the house. The owner was easily accessible.

Fantastic Stay in Truckee! We’ll rent it again!

Great family weekend from start to finish. Owners Jeff and Rob run a class rental, between quick responses to communications, a great location, and most importantly a well furnished, clean and spacious environment for a large family. We had 9 adults, and each of us were very comfortable. The game room was great, the kitchen/great room was perfect for us to dine in and cook in a gourmet kitchen. Ample spices were available and the barbecue was large for our dinners. The view was beautiful, as we watched the moon rise through the trees from the balcony. Perfect. The only very minor feedback is that the fridge is a little small. Otherwise, I would definitely book this house again on our next trip. Five out of five stars for sure!! Highly recommend!! Thanks Rob and Jeff.

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect vacation home

We got to spend a lovely long weekend in this beautiful, extremely well-equipped, and immaculate home. We wish we could have stayed longer! Games, books, kitchen supplies, storage, plenty of closet space, dishware, serving utensils — everything we needed was available. The owner was very responsive to our questions and so warm and welcoming in our communications.

Perfect place!

Our two families had a wonderful stay over the holidays. The home is beautiful, spacious, clean, well stocked and really comfortable. We've stayed at many places in Truckee over the years and this was by far our best experience. Would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful Home

It was relaxing stay. Home is gorgeous and most importantly, clean. Home is equip with everything you need and many more. Heated flooring is impressive. It would have been perfect if it has a jacuzzi and heating in "the cave". Kids didnt get to stay or play in the cave since it was freezing but overall, its a nice home and would book this home again the next time we go to snowboarding.

Fantastic for Christmas

We traveled from Hawaii because our kids wanted to experience snow. This cabin was absolutely perfect for everything we wanted. It had plenty of space and was super comfortable for everyone. The kids had a blast playing in the snow outback, plenty of room for sledding.

Our second time!

The Kramerson's house is freaking awesome! Plenty of room for two families, super clean, everything works, plenty of kitchen tools. Great backyard for sledding and snowman! Close to Truckee and most resorts. Can't say enough about this house! The owners are very responsive as well. Will book it again next year!

Great time. Only one problem, it was listed as wheelchair accessible. It was difficult for me. A step in every door, couldn’t get my wheelchair through the bathroom door. It worked out anyway. Thanks for having us

Beautiful Truckee Home

My family- including my husband and I, our kids and grandkids (ages5-15) stayed in this beautiful home for 4 days and had the best time! The home is gorgeous with plenty of room for all of us! The kids loved the cave room and playing in the snow! Thanks so much Rob! Hope to stay here again!

Three Family Vacation!

My family & I couldn’t have been more pleased with the Kramersens’ home! Our three year old grandson insisted we should all be living together in what he thought was our new home! Extremely comfortable, very spacious & all the conveniences of home In a beautifully decorated environment. Lovely inside & out! My only criticism was that there was no air conditioning which proved not to be an issue until smoke & ash from the Dixie fire prevented us from opening windows for ventilation. Even knowing this, we all agreed we’d stay again in the future.

Fully loaded family friendly experience

The house and property were perfect for our group of 6 adults and 6 young children. Clean, well apointed, and homey. The perfect kitchen for our big cook ups. The "cave" space for the kids was a huge bonus. We'd definitely be back again!

Wonderful Ski Vacation with Families

The Kramersen Cabin was perfect for our annual 3 family vacation. We have bounced cabins for years, never finding one that checked all the boxes. With 3 families and 6 middle school age kids. this finally was the perfect fit! The cabin is even better in person than the pictures portrayed. Great layout and kitchen , well equipped, perfect play space for teens, clean, use of sled toys , close to Northstar. Thank your for sharing your home and making a wonderful vacation possible.! Will likely be booking next year!

Ski/snow Christmas getaway

The house was exactly as described, very clean and if we weren't in a pandemic, big enough for two families to comfortably enjoy. It was minutes from Northstar ski resort, a great place for both novice and experienced skiers/snowboarders. We had about 8" of snow while we were there and the snow plows cleared the driveway and streets as soon as the snow stopped falling. We thoroughly enjoyed the sledding right outside the front door! Truckee is a quaint town full of character and felt very safe during COVID. We look forward to going back after the pandemic to fully enjoy all that the area has to offer--it was exactly the getaway we needed.

We are surrounded by 5 lakes within 5-20 minutes including Lake Tahoe and Donner Lake. If your looking for a vacation in the middle of a recreational mecca this is the home for you. We also have 4000 sq. ft of living space with a rec. room below so the kids can have a great time below without the parents worrying about the noise level. This is a great vacation home for multiple families.
