My wife and I enjoyed the stay we had at the On The Rocks property. The pictures accurately depicted the property and surpassed our expectations when we arrived. We would definitely stay again. Everything was clean, tidy and taken care of in the house.

Privacy in paradise

Our stay at On the Rocks was unforgettable. Waking up to those incredible views every morning was a dream, and having our own pool made the experience even better. The privacy of the property gave us the perfect balance of relaxation and comfort—we felt like we had our own little slice of paradise.

Amazing Property

On The Rocks is a stunning property, the views are unmatched! The sound of the constant waves was relaxing. The property is very private, it was great cooling off in the pool while taking in the ocean views! Definitely recommend for a memorable stay!

Most Romantic Vacation

My husband and I take a vacation together every year for the past 18 years, to just be able to focus on each other, with no stress and no distractions. This was by far has been the best one yet. The house felt like home! We cooked breakfast and had mimosa’s every morning! We hit local spots and avoided most of the tourist atttactions and we loved it!

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The place is gorgeous – truly even better than the pictures! Every corner was spotless and thoughtfully designed, but what really stole the show were the immaculate views. Waking up to the ocean breeze and ending each day with a stunning sunset made this trip unforgettable. The photos don’t do it justice – this is paradise in real life. If you’re thinking about booking, stop thinking and just do it. You won’t regret it!

Wonderful and relaxing

The property was wonderful. Right over the ocean, what a view, with a nice small pool. A perfect place for a couple to relax and unwind. The kitchen was nice and fully stocked, made it easy to cook when we wanted to. Be aware there is only AC in master bedroom, but it works well, and there is always a great breeze outside, so you can just open doors and windows and it feels good. Tressa was wonderful and responsive if anything came up. 5 stars for sure!

Exceptional stay start to finish. On the Rocks is provisioned just as you'd expect in your own home from kitchen, bath to outdoor. Moreover, everything you need for the beach and more, is at your disposal. The home has a backup generator which had to run off and on for several days during our stay due to the unreliable island infrastructure.The neighborhood is quiet and secure with easy access to the best beaches on the west side and they are less crowded. Be sure not to miss Platform Beach. It's a private beach halfway up Magen Bay that can be accessed just across from Red Rocks community entrance. Tressa was super with communications and even came over to help address connectivity issues due to an earlier power outage. Everything is as advertised and would stay here again when visiting St Thomas.

Majestic views with a constant warm Caribbean breeze

This place was just phenomenal. By far, my favorite VRBO ever. I’ve been to a lot of beautiful places in my life, but there’s something about this spot and the design of the house together make for magical experience.

Beautiful views, complete comfort

We loved on the rocks! Views were spectacular and the villa is so private! We had a hard time leaving the property as it’s as beautiful as any other beach we wanted to visit. Highly recommend and hopefully we’ll be back soon!

Awesome place!

We had a great time here, the vrbo was in a great spot located close to maegans beach which is the best in st Thomas. Dennis was great and answered fast if we needed anything. My wife and I had a great honeymoon here.

Beautiful Villa and View

Impressive property on a cliff overlooking the ocean with an outstanding view. Beautifully decorated rooms and a wrap-around deck providing a 180-degree view. The property manager was very accessible and responsive. The location definitely requires vehicle and be cautioned the roads leading to the villa are a bit challenging to negotiate.

The Villa On The Rocks is Incredible

Our week long stay at the Villa was far beyond our expectations. It was furnished beautifully, immaculately clean and stocked with everything and anything that we would hope for and MORE .... like the flippers and snorkel, beach chairs and the umbrella, etc. The views from anywhere in the house and from the porch were spectacular, and watching the boats and the movement of the water from the daybed outside of the bedroom was the peak of relaxation.

True vacation spot!

This spot is BEYOND amazing! Private and peaceful. For once we felt like we were on a vacation with no disruptions. AMAZING!

The pictures of the house don't do it justice! The views are amazing, the house is beautifully decorated and the owner, Dennis, was super responsive and helpful from before I booked our vacation to the end of it! I 100% would recommend this house to any couple traveling to St. Thomas as I don't think you will find a more perfect house on the island. I cannot wait to go back and stay here again!

Peaceful, private luxury

This was our third trip to St Thomas and our first visit to On the Rocks Villa. What a wonderful find! The villa itself is beautiful and comfortable. The views are breathtaking. The pool was the perfect place to relax. As others have commented, the drive through the neighborhood is not easy, but just go slowly through the 3 switchbacks and you will arrive in paradise! We would love to come back.
