Just off the living room, a sliding glass door leads to a cozy outdoor dining area on the front porch – the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening meal.

On the main floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom with its own private patio access and a full bathroom. This level also features a convenient mudroom with laundry facilities, a utility sink, and a beloved Midwestern staple: the beer fridge!

Head upstairs to discover even more fun! At the top of the landing, a bonus den awaits with a sleeper sofa and TV for movie nights or quiet lounging. Kids (and kids at heart) will love the space-themed bunk room, complete with two sets of twin bunk beds – perfect for making memories! The hallway offers a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #3 features a queen bed and its own private balcony, while the primary suite boasts a luxurious king bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a relaxing Jacuzzi tub.

Down in the basement, the fun continues! Challenge your crew to a game of ping pong, kick back in the TV/sitting area, or take advantage of the bonus queen bed for extra guests.

But the crown jewel of The Fun House is its unique garage rooftop deck! Accessible by a spiral staircase, this fantastic perch overlooks Central Park and is the ideal spot for enjoying Beachwalk’s summer concert series.

This home is fully loaded with everything you need for a great time: a golf cart, bikes, kayak, paddleboard, beach wagon, and chairs – all included for your adventures.

As part of the Beachwalk Resort community, guests of The Fun House also enjoy access to incredible amenities, including a heated pool, toddler pool, splash pad, basketball and tennis/pickleball courts, playground, and private Lake Kai. Try kayaking, stand-up paddleboarding, paddle boating, or fishing off the pier (amenities are seasonal – check with the office for availability, typically Memorial Day through Labor Day). And don’t forget, Beachwalk is just across the street from Lake Michigan’s stunning Sheridan Beach and only one mile from charming downtown Michigan City.

The Fun House offers parking for up to 8 cars on a spacious corner lot. Please note: no smoking, no pets, no parties, and no fireworks are allowed.

Available year-round for stays of 2+ nights (4+ nights required during peak summer weeks). Please note - resort guests are required to purchase $15 wristbands & $5 parking passes between Memorial Day & Halloween.
