Just remodeled guest bathroom March 2023, and new pavers around pool and new putting green March 2023.
Just completed a remodel of gardencitybeachsc in May 2020 that includes: new Hardy plank siding, new windows, new doors, new metal roof. New floor in kitchen. Decks to get their makeover soon.
WE ARE NOT ABLE TO HEAT THE POOL ANY LONGER !!

2nd Row raised beach house only 20 steps to the ocean. You will not find a better location in Garden City for your family. We are located south of the Garden City Pier in the Inlet Point area. Our home is a 4 bedroom 2 Bath with a half bath down stairs and a outside shower. Master bedroom has a king and private bath. Bedroom 2 has a queen and share a bath with bedroom 3 which has a queen as well. Bedroom 4 has bunk beds with the bottom being a double bed. New Sleeper sofa in den. You can enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean from the front porch swing or rockers. Watch the kids play down below in the in ground pool . The best thing is the location...all you have to do is cross the street and you are on the sand. Just a short walk to the Marlin Quay Marina where you will see lots of nice boats coming and going , and also dine at the Gulfstream cafe.

The house gardencitybeachsc has luxury vinyl tile throughout and is kept extremly clean. The fully stocked kitchen will be your delight including nice upgraded kraftmade cabinets and dishwasher. Large flat screen tv in Den as well as flat screen in each of the bedrooms.

Down stairs you will enjoy a place to hang your hammock located under the porch for that afternoon nap as well as many tables and chairs while listening the oceans majestic sounds. The pool is fenced in as well as the property itself for that added safety for little kids. Last but not least..if you find a problem call me then , dont wait till you leave . I find it very hard to correct a problem for you after you leave. My goal is for you to be happy with your stay and want to return.

We do have synthetic grass around the pool as well as a 6 hole putting green.

MAKE IT EASY ON YOURSELF PARENTS...DON'T LET YOUR KIDS SEE THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU PLAN TO BOOK WITH US.....OR EVERYTIME YOU RIDE BY MY HOME YOUR KIDS WILL SAY ' REALLY DAD TELL ME AGAIN WHY WE DID NOT BOOK THAT ONE '!!!!

Incredible view!

Where to begin?? Rodney kills it with this rental! We're so grateful that we were able to find this beach house for our group. Everything was absolutely perfect! The view of the beach, the incredible pool (5ft or so on the deep end), the front porch, and so much space. Everything was clean and it just felt very homey. Very quiet area away from the hustle and bustle that the beach has become over the years. The beach is peaceful and had minimal people on it compared to surrounding areas/beaches. We would return without hesitation. If this is in your price range and you're looking for an incredible beach vacation, don't miss this one! Thank you again Rodney! Take care!

Beach week

Fantastic location with super easy beach access and a wonderful pool. Plenty of room for 2 couples, well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer if needed. Sit on the porch and watch the world go by. Very relaxing and comfortable. Rodney was very responsive to any questions.

Fantastic

Best spot in the area in my opinion. You literally only need to take your clothes and whatever food you want to bring in. Very short walk to an amazing beach and a salt water pool that is cleaned professionally every other day. If we had to give one piece of advice, it would be an instruction page, detailing when the trash is picked up and what was expected to be done before check out, etc. This place was perfect and our family enjoyed it greatly. Will definitely be back! Thanks Rodney and family!

Paradise in SC

This place was phenomenal. This was my buddy’s and I first time in SC and it did not disappoint. We came in from Philly and had an early flight. Rodney let us check in early, which made the first day so much better. He was so quick with a response early in the morning. Top notch place and top notch owner. The location was spot on, and if you like the beach it was 15 steps away. Everything you see in pictures on the place on the site was spot on. We caught a sunrise on our last day and you can see it from the front porch. We will definitely be back and if you are looking in this area, you better stay here!!

Great place for family

First off I wanted to start by saying, Rodney is great to communicate with. I prefer a personable experience over a booking agency any day. Rodneys house was in a great location. With the beach access across the street, it makes beaching very easy. Simply walk across the street and you’re there. It’s further down in the inlet so it takes at least 10 minutes to make it out to the main road but we didn’t mind! The house was clean, the pool was clear. Some of our favorite things were the pool, porch and the downstairs covered area. There’s a ring game down there that we played nightly! I’d you’re looking for a quiet, laid back place for a family, this is it!

Great second row house

The house location on the second row was great. You can see the ocean from the front porch. Very relaxing. The kitchen was completely stocked with all cooking and dinning needs. The one complaint I have is about the mattresses, they were hard, lumpy and a made squeaky noises with every single move (in all the rooms) My wife had to sleep on the couch during our week stay bc she could not handle sleeping on squeaky mattress. And that’s why I gave it a 3 star overall rating. I believe the most comfortable piece of furniture in the house should be the mattress.

Great Location!

We had a great time during our stay. The location of the house is amazing! The public beach access across the street and the the private pool was ideal for our group of teenage boys who couldn't stay in one spot too long. The house is located on the south end of Garden City, which kept the traffic to a minimum. We will definitely book this location again in the future.

Perfect Getaway Place

Great for families

My husband and I broght our family to this beautiful beach home for spring break. It's right next to the beach, we swam in the beach and in the swimming pool the whole time. The house includes many amenities to enjoy a beach vacation.

Hi My name is Rodney Rogers , my wife Christie and 2 sons Justin and Jamison. We have been wanting a 2nd home in Garden City for years and felt like the time was right. The home is located in the best part of Garden City Beach 2nd row and best of all we have a beach access directly in front of our home.
We are not new to VRBO / Homeaway as we have had a cabin rental ( property number 126068 ) in our hometown of Marion since 2006. It has been an amazing 18 years with the cabin. Meeting new people and allowing them to escape the grind of everyday life and then having them come back to the cabin again is really neat. We look forward to the guest who will enjoy our 2nd row beach house for years to come. Customer service is a biggie for me and you will find that if you need something during your stay, if its within our power we will make it happen for you. Enjoy !!

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We have vacationed in Garden City and have stayed both on the south and north ends. However, we fell in love with the south end near the Inlet Point. While on vacation year after year we dreamed of having a home here and after some eight years a property became available in the perfect location and so here we are. It has everything a family could want in a rental and are excited to have a pool as well. You are close to all the nice restaurants and having the beach access right across from you makes it even nicer.

Little slower pace on the south end. You have the inlet just behind us and the ocean just steps in front of us. With pool...and your own private putting green ... come on....don't get any better !!
