The Space:
This bungalow features two king bedrooms and two bathrooms, as well as an entry nook with a sleeper sofa. The bedrooms each feature king beds and are incredibly spacious with built in TVs and high end furnishings. The left bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a shower/tub combo with Kohler fixtures. The right bedroom features ensuite access to a corridor bathroom which also connects to the living room and features dual vanities and a shower/tub combo with Kohler fixtures.

The bungalow boasts an expansive living room adorned with high end furnishings and fantastic decor, including a beautiful built in TV, wood paneled walls, and handmade stone fireplace (This fireplace is more than 100 years old and was the only element of the original bungalow that was left standing in the renovation process). The kitchen features high end built in appliances, quartz countertops, and designer lighting. There is a breakfast bar with seating for two and a dining table with seating for another four.

Located on the grounds of The Dogwood, a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of Maggie Valley, guests of this property enjoy access to the Dogwood amenities which include a high end lounge and fully equipped gym. As this property is a stand-alone structure sitting directly on Jonathan Creek and set back from the hotel building, guests will find they are afforded ample privacy.
