This home boasts 2,100 sq ft of beautifully appointed interiors with walls of windows offering loads of natural light and tranquil views. The main floor offers a living room with comfy couches, flat panel TV, a spacious dining area and full kitchen complete with modern appliances and everything you may need to prepare snacks between beach time or sumptuous seafood feasts at the end of the day. An expansive outside patio with a BBQ grill offers spacious and private outdoor living for dining, or drinks while you enjoy coastal breezes.

48 Full Sweep comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests. The master bedroom has a King bed, flat panel TV, a spacious private bathroom with double vanities, walk-in shower, and direct access to the rear deck. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and private ensuite bath. The 3rd Bedroom has a comfy Queen bed and a full-sized desk and workspace, just in case you have to work a bit while you are here.

Upstairs, in the loft, you will find an additional seating area for reading, enjoying the smart TV or just a place to spread out for an evening card game.  Forgot your clubs?  No problem, the owners have provided three sets of clubs for your use!  No promises on whether they will improve your game, but maybe!  Kids will love the lighted, full height basketball goal in the driveway.  NBA stars are welcome!

Enjoy the best of Palmetto Dunes’ championship golf only minutes away at the pristine Robert Trent Jones Course (views from this property), the George Fazio Course or the Arthur Hills course, a shot-makers favorite!  Tennis, pickleball, and bike paths are available in Palmetto Dunes, all just a short distance from this lovely home.  Nearby Shelter Cove Harbor has every water sport imaginable, all waiting for you and your family to enjoy.  Tuesday nights during the summer months are extra-special as the Shelter Cove Community celebrates Harbourfest, a free family friendly music and vendor extravaganza, ending the night with fireworks at dusk.
