This dual level home offers two units which connect seamlessly while allowing for private entrances. Each fully equipped with everything needed for your vacation while keeping your guests together.

Upon arriving at the Ocean Bay Park ferry dock, take a quick 2-3 minute walk up to the ocean where you will find Gatsby's, with sprawling decks on each level of this home. Built into the main level deck is our newly added heated salt water plunge pool, outdoor dining table with seating for 12, enjoy a soak in one of the two hot tubs, head to the third deck you will feel like you’re on top of the island sitting in one of the two oversized cushioned Adirondack chairs, perfect way to start or end the day!

When the evening is settling down you and your guests can enjoy one of two indoor living areas. Both indoor areas have generous seating equipped with smart TV’s and sound bars. The main level offering a wet bar area. One of the many favorite things guests noted about the living room is the double sliding glass doors letting in the fresh breeze and allowing for easy indoor/outdoor entertainment.

The main level deck is where you can spend time in the salt water heated pool, perfect for a quick dip any time of day or head into one of the hot tubs. Our newly added 3 seater HUGE Adirondack Chair perfectly positioned to be apart of all the action without having to get wet. Rinse off the sand(please) in one of the two outdoor showers. Perfect for any size group with an outdoor dining table with seating for 12 and endless entertainment space.

On the upper deck where you will find the second hot tub, additional entertainment space, outdoor couches overlooking stunning ocean views. Head up to the third deck where you can sit and relax day or night in one of the two GFCs (giant friggin chairs) Adirondack's.

Be assured everyone will be comfortable in one of the seven bedrooms (house sleeps 26). Each bedroom has recessed lighting, window ACs, large closets, dresser space, and wifi throughout.

No shortage of space when it comes time to get ready either. With 5 full bathrooms amongst the entire home, two of those with connecting outdoor showers, perfect for those who don’t want to miss a moment outside. No need to overpack or go home with dirty clothes either, washer and dryer units are also available.

The top level is accessible by a spiral staircase with one king bed and two twins that can be arranged as a king size bed or kept separate and a full bathroom. The entire space bright with sunlight and breezes seeping in from the skylights throughout.

Three additional bedrooms are located on the second level. Off of the kitchen offers a queen bed and two lofted twin beds, with a bathroom and connecting outdoor shower. Bedroom located towards the front of the house has a queen bed and sofa, third bedroom has a queen size bed.

On the lower level you will find three additional bedrooms with natural light shining in from the oversized windows and two bathrooms, one with a connecting outdoor shower.

The main level bedrooms are furnished with bunkbeds in each room. Queen size beds on the bottom and twin size on top. The first bedroom on the main level is an oversized double room with two bunk beds and sleeps 6.

Whether you choose to cook in one of the two indoor kitchens or outside on one of two grills we want to make it as easy by providing the cooking utensils, supplies and propane. Kitchens include dishwasher (upstairs), electric stoves, microwaves and fridge/freezers with room for all your groceries. Upper level has seating at the kitchen table for 8, main level indoor table for 5 and main level deck can accommodate 12.

Enjoy the day at the beach just a few steps away from the house making it simple to come back and take a dunk in the pool, grab lunch or cool off in the shade.

OBP is less restrictive when it comes to enjoying the beach. Bring your cooler and your dog. (this isn't Ocean Beach)

The nearby Village of Ocean Beach is a quick 10 minute bike ride or 20 minute walk for more dining, shopping & entertainment options.

A welcome book will be provided at check in providing additional details about the home, places around town, other key points.
