The space:
This place is made to give you a luxurious long stay while making you feel right at home. The patio is equipped with a hot tub with Jacuzzi Jets. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beds have been chosen with your comfort in mind. And don’t forget about the high speed internet, smart TV, mini split with A/C, premium linens , and premium towels provided. This place has it all! Just a short drive from some of the most popular San Diego attractions, best restaurants, and nationally recognized beaches.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully stocked. This includes cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, pots , pans, toaster, blender, microwave, full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, filtered water system, coffee maker, and complementary coffee. Equipped with a built in drinking water filtration system as an added bonus!

Living Room
Equipped with a couch, two lounge chairs and a 75” smart flat screen TV with streaming capabilities. The space is uniquely designed with comfort in mind to provide a relaxing place to unwind.

Bathroom
One full bathroom with a tub and shower with a rainfall shower head. The half bathroom is attached to the master bedroom. The bathroom is equipped with a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Bedroom
Each Bedroom is furnished with a queen sized premium foam hybrid bed from Nest Beds, a fan, a laundry basket, and blackout curtains. The home can accommodate up to 6 guests based on double capacity in each bed. There are a variety of different pillows to choose from to ensure you find the right one.

*Cameras are present around the exterior for guest safety. The patio camera is inactive and covered up for privacy. Noise monitor located in Living area.

By booking this house, all guests are required to agree to the following rules below:

1. For 30 day or more stays there may be a rental Agreement & Guest Screening: To secure your reservation, we may need a signed rental agreement that outlines the details of your stay. For everyone's safety, we may also verify the identity of all guests over the age of 18 by requiring a valid government-issued ID (driver's license or passport), a quick selfie to be uploaded, credit check, and background check. There may be an application fee. This helps us ensure a smooth experience for everyone. Please note that reservations are confirmed only after successful completion. Guest application and signing of lease must be done within 5 days after booking. If there are any issues, we'll be sure to let you know right away. A security deposit may be collected
2. Check in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is anytime before 11 am. You are welcome to request an early check in or late checkout. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.
Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9PM-9AM. Violations may result in removal from the property.
3. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Those found in violation will incur an additional cleaning fee of at least $800 per incident and may result in removal from the property.
4. Guests are fully responsible for accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Acceptance of this reservation means that it is agreed that all guests are assuming any and all risk of any harm that may come from their use of the premise.
5. Firearm is prohibited at all times from property grounds
6. Only guests that are part of the reservation are allowed to occupy the premises. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by the host.
