The name PALMS AT WAILEA aptly describes the feel of this beautiful complex. Located above the pristine shores of Keawakapu Beach, this impeccably furnished home will provide comfort, luxury, and plenty of room to spread out while you explore and enjoy all that Maui has to offer.

The spacious covered lanai with a dining table allows for relaxing evenings while you kick back and enjoy the views. Relax poolside or take a Jacuzzi after the sun sets and take in the beauty of the brilliant Maui skies.

This fully air-conditioned deluxe unit (approx 1200 square feet) is immaculate and beautiful and comes fully equipped with all the amenities so that you feel as if you are right at home. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with newer appliances and all cooking and serving items you will need to whip up meals at home.

The primary bedroom features a king-sized bed and has its own AC and TV and also access to the lanai. The en suite bathroom has a tub-shower combo and a huge vanity that makes getting beach ready a snap.

The guest room has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together upon request using a conversion kit to make a comfortable king bed. The second full bathroom is just off the guest bedroom and located conveniently for all to use. This one has a tiled walk-in shower.

Within walking distance are some of the World's Top Beaches as rated by Conde Nast International. If shopping is your pleasure, the elegant Shops of Wailea are situated a stone's throw away. For the adventurous type, you will find amazing snorkeling spots within a very short drive.

Please note that Palms at Wailea no longer allows private grills. There will not be a grill for you to use on the lanai of this condo.

While we strive to keep all photos up to date, there may be new and updated pieces of furniture or decor that are different than in the original pictures. The functionality, available seating, and sleeping space will remain the same or may improve.

We would like to inform you that the pool at the Palms of Wailea will be temporarily closed from September 16th to 19th for cleaning and resealing of the pool surface to ensure a safe environment for everyone. To further prevent future closures, we have also scheduled a drainage of the pool during this time to repair pool equipment
5/12/25 Update: Pool Closure Notice
The pool will be closed Tuesday, September 16th through Friday, September 19th, 2025 for maintenance.
It is scheduled to reopen on Saturday, September 20th.

Nice condo and complex. We enjoyed staying there. the place was clean and good for families with kids above 8. would use again. Rental car is needed to get around but it's nice to be a bit away from commercial locations.

What a lovely place for a family get-together!

Eleven sleeps in Paradise. All 11 family members got to check off several items on our bucket lists. The trip to Hana; golf on 3 fabulous scenic golf courses; a variety of beaches for boogie boarding, swimming and building sand sculptures; surfing; lunch in Paia, followed by a trip through up-country, and a visit to the winery; a snorkeling trip to Molokini, and "Turtle Town"; the best Luau ever at the Wailea Grand! Our accommodations were wonderful, and we enjoyed dinners on the lanai.

What a wonderful surprise - just beautiful!

This condo was wonderful! It had recently been updated and it was beautiful and had everything we needed. Loved the walk out (and pass through) to the beautiful deck. The kitchen was fully stocked, the air conditioning and fans were great! And the main bathroom shower was delightful. Would love to come back next year! Thanks!

This unit was well maintained and very nicely appointed. The only things I would suggest is that the washer could use a maintenance, we tried to run a load in the evening and it does not sound like it is functioning properly like the belt is slipping resulting in a very loud screeching sound.

This is our Home away from Home...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First let me explain why we pick this area. It is close to Kam III, Makena Beach, and Ulua Beach. It is also a short walk to a Nice Store/Mall area with Restaurants and a general store and shops. There is a great walking path by Ulua Beach that takes you past Turtle town and other real estate that is very beautiful. They you can walk to the Beach or to Moose's and Fred's (Taco Tuesday!!) or it is a short drive. There are great views for the Sunset which is amazing. We love the resort! The Pool is very nice with a Jacuzzi,,, though the rules at the pool are not kid friendly and their is a Ground Manager who is all over you if you say, play a game. The rules are ridiculously against the younger kids. But we could still find a cool place to get out of the heat.The Palms #303 was perfect for us. The kids got a room, we had our room and there is air conditioning if the bedrooms and the Main area, though we just used the fans in there most of the time. The place is super clean and the location is a 200 step or so walk to the pool. It is our favorite place to go. A few things, #1 If you are there for more than 5 days, you will need to bring your own supplies (Paper Towels, TP, etc...) they supply a minimal amount and they do not clean while you are there.#2 There is a whole under the sink where Cockroaches and ants can come in, We only saw 3 in the kitchen but we sprayed the whole with Raid and it seemed to stop that. Hopefully that will get fixed. Ants are usually our own fault as we would throw fruit in the garbage, and if you do not throw the trash away each day... ants... but that is any place... buy zip locks.These are minor compared to this great condo, we love our time there and cannot wait to come back.

AMAZING, PERFECT, Cannot wait to come back!!!

Our family of 6 stayed at this lovely condo for 7 days and it was an absolute pleasure. The house: I am a germ freak, sanitize every hotel room, condo rental, etc. before I stay there. As I did my normal cleaning "routine", I could not find anything dirty. This place was immaculate. The house is extremely well appointed with linens, pool towels, kitchen appliances, beach chairs, books, spices, cleaning supplies, and more. Not much along the lines of beach toys for little ones but our youngest is 10 so he wasn't disappointed :) The washer and dryer there are so helpful, makes packing so much easier. (See my tip on packing below.) Trip Essentials: For our trip, we made a few important stops that made our trip easier. We, of course, rented a car, (spring for a name brand rental company- our rental was the WORST part of our entire trip.) Costco near the airport for some staples, and went to Snorkel Bob's to rent snorkel gear for a week. Also opted for waistband floaties for the younger ones as an added security and frankly, the kids liked it. It made swimming much easier. Location: Located right in the front of the property's entrance, this condo is well placed being very close to the pool without any of the noise of the pool. The house is a 3-minute drive from the shops at Wailea, and about 10 minutes from Kihei. Walking to the beach is a bit of a trek and we never attempted. Foodwise: MonkeyPod has the best mai-tai around and Kinaole Grill Food Truck was our absolute favorite. Frankly, we loved cooking at this beautiful condo, most meals were made here :) Extras: We drove to Lahaina, it's pretty much a tourist trap and not worth the drive. We took a snorkeling tour out to Molokini w/ Lani Kai Tours. We only saw one turtle but the staff was GREAT. The kids took private surf lessons with Blue Soul Maui. Charlie, the owner, picked the kids up at the doorstep, had all the gear, and location planned out. The kids (ages 15, 15, and 12) LOVED Charlie. We also completed the long road to Hana- well worth the time, but set aside a day to do so. So many secret locations and amazing waterfalls along the way- the kids all enjoyed this. Ensure that your driver is comfortable on small single lane roads with some hairpin turns! Tips: Pack light- I'm notorious for over packing and should've packed 3 swim suits, 3 cover ups, flip flops, water shoes (road to Hana essential!) shorts, a t-shirt, 2 dresses, light jacket, pjs- and that is all! <3

In addition, the cleaner (a very nice woman) advised us that the previous guests "destroyed" the bath towels so she would advise her boss and have new towels brought the next day. That, unfortunately, didn't happen so I had to call CBIP Vacations and ask again. By the third day of our stay we finally got the towels. Also, even though the unit was cleaned one of the bathrooms still smelled like urine. Also, had to call CBIP and ask them to send a maintenance person to oil the patio sliding door. These little things shouldn't happen and guests will remember. Otherwise, nice, spacious and air-conditioned unit close to the pool. The Palms at Wailea is also in a great location close to shops and restaurants and short drive to the beach. The little problems not withstanding, would I stay here again? Yes.

Enjoyable until pool was closed for multiple days

Property was great and we enjoyed e pool/ spa for about half our trip. The last few days the pool, spa, and pool deck were closed due to a lack of chlorine. With a toddler, the pool was a major factor in property selection.

A week of vacation sleeping in uncomfortable beds

We were unhappy with this rental mainly because ALL the beds were very uncomfortable. My aunt tried moving to the pullout couch but wow, you could totally feel the springs. We all could not sleep well and even my 13 year old daughter commented on the bed. For this amount of money you expect something comparable to a hotel quality bed. We couldnā€™t wait to get home to our beds and get good rest. Bring your own coffee filters because they left 3 filters for us and we were there for a week so we had to run out and buy some. Also, there is no sugar or creamer so donā€™t forget to pick that up if you use it. A company came by to spray for bugs while we were there. After that, we started seeing ants on the kitchen counter which was annoying. The pool was small and the location is not all walking distance to the beach. You definitely need a car if you stay here.

It is ground level and close to the pool. The condo has it's own BBQ which is a bonus and is well stocked. Bed mattresses are hard and grumpy complex manager (re: kids in the pool) but I can't complain about much else. We were low on forks but the management company got us brand new ones right away. We'll be sure to rent through CBIP vacations again!

I specifically choose unit 303 for the convenience to the pool for my mother and for the layout of the unit. The Palms is a wonderful place with gorgeous grounds, a relaxing pool and spa area and proximity to beaches, highway and shopping. In my opinion, it canā€™t be beat !

Looks like a great place

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unfortunately we were unable to experience this unit because plans changed at the last minute

Never made it

It all went very well with booking and communications. Unfortunately some things came up and we were unable to use the property. Just wish there was a better refund policy, but we understand.
