This elevated home features a deck overlooking the beach - a great spot to sip your morning coffee while keeping an eye peeled for passing dolphins. Inside, on the main floor, you'll find two-story ceilings, WiFi, and even a washer/dryer to provide you with a dry swimsuit each morning. There's a full kitchen with a breakfast bar, an adjacent dining table, and an open living room with a sofa sleeper where you can gather to watch TV at night. Bedroom 1 is also on the main floor with a king-size bed, TV, and a sink/vanity. There is an attached bathroom with a large tub/shower combo, guests can also access this bathroom from the hall.

Upstairs on the top floor are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom. Bedroom 2 comes with a king-size bed and a TV. Bedroom 3 sleeps 6 guests in 2 twin over full bunk beds and is equipped with a TV. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom with a double vanity and a tile walk-in shower.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not be in compliance with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
