WELCOME TO HAMMOCK HEAVEN First Floor- Easy Access

Your 3 Bedroom 2 Bath first floor Vacation Villa is located adjacent to the 8th green of the nationally ranked True Blue Plantation Golf Course in the heart of beautiful Pawleys Island. We offer easy first floor access and quiet comfortable accommodations. The Master bedroom features a king bed, 40” flat screen TV, access to the screened porch and its own private bath. The second king bedroom features a pillowtop mattress and a flatscreen combo TV / DVD. Our third bedroom is set up with two twin beds and has a flat screen TV as well. Both of these bedrooms share the second full bathroom. This villa sleeps up to a max capacity of 6 with plenty of elbow room. The comfortable and well appointed living room offers a 55” Smart TV and DVD player for your indoor entertainment. We feature a full and complete kitchen with upgraded appliances and a full size washer and dryer. Though the villa itself is non-smoking the rear screened porch is perfect for that snifter of brandy and a good cigar. Located in a private section of the complex with ample off street parking, you are just steps from one of the 5 pools / hot tubs located throughout the resort. True Blue Plantation Golf Course is one of America's top 100 courses and a must play but many other championship courses (Caledonia, Pawleys Plantation, Heritage, Tradition, to name a few ) are also just minutes away. Our location is perfect for the golfers, a girls get-a-way or for a family vacation. We offer competitive rates for short or long visits but maintain a minimum stay of 4 nights.

HUNTINGTON STATE PARK ACCESS CAR PASS is provided for our guests. Enjoy the beach (with bathrooms and showers), Atalaya Mansion, segway tours, eco tours in this pristine protected environment.

We frequently rent vacation properties, and Hammock Heaven now ranks at the top of our list. The condo is clean, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the beds are comfortable. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more! And best of all, the communication with the hosts was timely, thorough and beyond gracious at every point.

Home away from home

It was a very enjoyable visit. The condo was clean, nicely furnished and had everything we needed. Easy trip to the beaches, great restaurants and the pools were easily accessible and fun. I’d return without hesitation.Additionally, communication with the homeowner was simple and fast.No issues just fun!

Watching golf and eating good

From booking to departure, you could not ask for a more friendly host. Local suggestions were spot on and so helpful. We enjoyed our trip and hope to be back in the Spring, rebooked in this exact place. I highly recommend staying here.

Family Friendly

We were able to stay here for a quick vacation with our family of 6. The condo was clean, very nicely decorated and was perfect for our family. The owner's have really thought of everything to help make you feel at home away from home! We hope to visit again!

Sanctuary

Immediately felt at home walking through the door. Comfortable, clean and cozy. We were in town visiting a friend recently placed under hospice care. This was the perfect environment for our needs. Hammock Heaven

We had a wonderful time here! We were in a great location. We had everything we needed for cooking and eating there. We were also close to many wonderful restaurants and just a short distance to Huntington Beach State Park. The owners were wonderful and provided great information about the area. We would definitely rent again.

Family getaway

Nice quiet condo in a great location

We were in Pawleys Island for a golf trip, and this property was exactly what we were looking for. Located near many great courses. The condo was clean, quiet, and perfect for relaxing after a long day in the sun. The host was helpful and clearly communicated check-in instructions.

Birthday Celebration

Clean, convenient, and well-supplied

Frank’s property was in a great location for our golf getaway. The condo was exactly as pictured, and very clean. It was great to sit in the screen porch in the evening. Super convenient to everything in Pawley’s Island. Frank was a great host who checked in with us and supplied lots of information about the area. We would definitely return here!

Good Family Memories

Hammock Heaven was a great condo for our family’s vacation to Pawley’s Island. With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room, and dining area, this place had it all. The guys loved the gigantic television in the living room! The decor was lovely and the bed was super comfy. It was a peaceful complex and close to Ocean Hwy. with lots of dining and shopping options.

Best Trip Ever!!

My husband and I have made Pawleys Island our yearly vacation destination but this trip was truly greater than any other! Hammock Heaven is like a piece of heaven here on earth! It is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay. It is in such a great location close to restaurants, shopping, the beach, and fishing. Communication with the owners was the best we’ve ever experienced with any of our rentals and they provided so much helpful information that made our stay even more enjoyable! Thank you so much Frank and Jane for sharing your lovely home with us! This will be our place of choice in the future and we look forward to our next stay there!

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed our 2 month stay at Hammock Heaven. The unit is very clean and beautifully decorated. We felt very much at home. Frank & Jane were very friendly and helpful. Pawley's Is. is very beautiful and the local restaurants are wonderful. We enjoyed Café Piccolo & Pawley's Raw Bar for Happy Hour. We would be renting here again next year if we weren't going to be moving to S.C.

June Getaway

Four old friends who spend a week every year decided to travel to Pawley’s Island this year and we were not disappointed! Hammock Heaven was exactly what we were looking for. All the amenities were available in our rental and we didn’t need to ask for anything during our stay. We were close to the action of Myrtle Beach but had the pleasure of being in the quiet laid back setting of Pawley’s island after it was time to relax. The price of renting Hammock Heaven was very reasonable for all the space we had. We were very pleased and made a lot of good memories at the beach! We highly recommend staying at Frank’s place. He is a very personable renter and will accommodate you in whatever capacity you need! 5 Stars*****

Everything and More with Great Decor

Just got back from our wonderful vacay. 84 degrees and humid beats 115 in our Phoenix any day! Hammock Heaven was just that - heaven :) Anything you needed Frank and Jane had already thought of, even charcoal for the bbq, games for after dinner fun, and beach chairs for toes in the sand. One thing that attracted us originally was the decor - very contemporary, neutral and beachy. No outdated 80's theme here! Loved the pools and jacuzzis as well. The guys golfed, the gals shopped, and we all met back at the PIT - a must for food fun and drinks. Frank and Jane were so great to work with - always available with any questions. We would love to come back to Hammock Heaven - thanks again for the lovely place where we made memories to last a lifetime!

Great stay, attentive owners, recommended

We had the pleasure of staying at Hammock Heaven the week of 4th of July. The accommodations were good. The sleeping arrangement was excellent for our family: master for my wife, 18 month old, and, 2nd bedroom with 2 twins for my 5 and 6 year old boys, and 3rd bedroom for my in-laws. The location is convenient to all that Pawley's has to offer....maybe a 5 minute drive to the beach. We enjoyed walking in the morning on True Blue golf course which is right out the back door of this place. The pool is short walk away. The condo is very clean and well appointed. We had a few questions for the owner while we were there....they were extremely attentive and responsive...very easy to deal with. If you're looking for a spacious place to stay at Pawley's and don't have to be directly on the beach, you'd be hard pressed to find a better combination of location, amenities, and price.

Welcome and thanks for visiting our VRBO page. After many trips to South Carolina we found ourselves continually drawn to the Pawleys Island Area . It has everything we were looking for; Great golf, beautiful beaches, fun outdoor restaurants, plenty of points of interest and a well maintained community. We have wonderful times getting together with family and friends, relaxing and just enjoying our life here. Jane has taken great care to decorate and make this, our second home as comfortable as possible. We have made many wonderful memories here, and we know you will as well. Frank is a retired police investigator who now works part time assisting the FAA in redeveloping the National Airspace Traffic Control System. An avid pilot he has a commercial and instrument rating for aircraft single engine land and sea, and was a former aircraft owner. He enjoys flying, golf, fishing, competitive pistol shooting and metal detecting. 'PI is the perfect get-a way place where you can bring all your passions with you.'
Jane has retired from her job as a labor and delivery nurse where she was a charge nurse for 38 years. She loved her job, her co workers, the Docs and the thousands of babies she brought into the world. Now it is time for her to kick it back and relax, she earned it! PI has always been the perfect get -a - way place for her. She and her girlfriends have been down many times enjoying a round of golf, shopping, dining out and just sitting on the beach with their toes in the sand. Cosmos on the porch and a good romance novel are the perfect way to end the day for her.
