You’ll love to listen to the waves while sitting on the large deck eating your breakfast! This luxurious property has 5 bedrooms, 2.5 baths for up to 12 guests to spread out comfortably and enjoy the ultimate beach relaxation vacation!
You’ll feel right at home the moment you step inside with the updated kitchen that is fully stocked with cooking supplies. Massive windows and glass doors provide a true indoor/outdoor feeling. Sit on the patio and listen to the waves or drink a glass of wine while enjoying the hot tub.
Please NO PETS as we have a child suffering from severe allergies and have had issues with even some hypo-allergenic animals. Unfortunately, there is no enclosed yard at the house, so there is not an option to bring them on this trip!
The house just went through a complete remodel and update in Spring 2017, so you will enjoy a new house that feels clean and fresh to help you fully relax. You will enjoy new kitchen cabinets, appliances, kitchen supplies, new white bedding and upgraded windows. Throughout the house you will find new floors, new baseboards, new doors and new paint.
You will appreciate the room for multiple couples or families with the 3 king bedrooms, 1 queen and the kids room hosting a full-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed, tv (with DVD and wifi) and an air hockey table (please see floorplan in pictures for more detail). There is a gas BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy the gorgeous sunsets. The house includes bedding, bath towels, hot tub towels, boogie boards and beach toys. The kitchen is fully stocked to assist you in creating meals for your crew. We have created a new luxury get away for you and your family!
You will enjoy the 1.5 block walk to the local grocery store, restaurants and the beginning of town. The pier is a leisurely ½ mile walk, perfect for stretching your legs and catching a bite to eat or to fish off the pier. The beach is a short 2-minute walk to the right or left, making it easy to run back to the house to use the outdoor bathroom when you are building sandcastles!
Cayucos is reminiscent of the old school beach towns and this house is the perfect location for you to enjoy all it has to offer!

Weekly rentals are required during the summer months and run FRIDAY-FRIDAY. Check in is at 4pm and check out is at 11am. We must hold to these times during the summer months in order to have the house up to standard for the next tenants!
