This spacious villa features 3224 sq. There are 8 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that can accommodate 16-18 people.
The king master suite and a queen guest room are on the first level, the other six bedrooms including a second king master suite with baby crib, are on the second level. The main level king master suite features a sliding glass door leading to the 39-foot-long lanai and the swimming pool. The master bath is equipped with two sinks, a garden tub and a separate shower stall. The combo kitchen/family room/breakfast nook, complete with a sliding glass door to the pool and spa, is the ultimate interactive casual living area. There's room aplenty for family and guests to move around and enjoy the good times. For those formal events, this versatile floor plan provides a dining room and a bright westerly- facing living room. It provides lots of seats for big group: a huge sectional sofa in living area, a formal dining room with 6 seat dining table, a breakfast table with 6 seats, 4 bar-stools, extra 4 chairs and a table in game room, a patio table with chairs and pool lounges. Our west facing, private heated swimming pool and SPA (with removable baby security fence) facing to open space with many trees and shrubs.

There are total of 8 LCD TVs in living room and bedrooms with Cable. The villa offers interactive cable TV, with hundreds of HD channels, including Disney Channel, ESPN and HBO. Free wireless internet access. Fully furnished kitchen has breakfast bar. Washer and dryer are in laundry room. Game room has a Pool table and Foosball table to extend the joyfulness of your vacation excitement. For guests with babies, we have a real crib, highchair available, and a stroller. This villa is pet-friendly (Pets fee applicable). BBQ Grill rental can be arranged before your arrival with a fee.

With short distance to the Disney World main gate and 3-5 minutes to shopping malls, our villa located around the US 27/US 192 junction is perfectly suitable for visiting all area attractions: Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Kennedy Space Center, Wet 'n Wild water park; a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity for great shopping adventures; many dinner theaters, as well as all types of restaurants for your dining pleasure.

We are close to Super Walmart and Super Target, local restaurants include: Red Lobster, Outback, Carrabbas, Longhorn, Olive Garden, Chili's, Applebee's, TGIFridays, Pizza Hut, Dunkin' Donuts, Golden Corral, Perkins, Cracker Barrel, McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, Chick-Fil-A, and many others; shopping; live entertainment; flea markets; hot air balloon rides; helicopter rides; and so much more!

Despite its proximity to Disney, it is a quiet rural setting. There is a nature reserve about 5 miles away. The unique area has rolling hills and scenic landscapes where visitors can swim, hike, bird-watch, picnic, fish, canoe or take part in the nature study events offered. A huge range of golf courses are within an easy drive to suite all abilities and pockets, including the world famous Champion Gate courses designed by Greg Norman. The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals. To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.
