Courtside 97 is a favorite among repeat guests with it's close proximity to the pool and short walk to the beach. This unit is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. This property is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van Der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This condo has recently been renovated and offers wireless internet. Having a kitchen on vacation is a total game changer. We really enjoyed the property and loved that the kids had their own room with two twin beds and we had our own room. The pool was literally right outside our patio and there was a little trolley that could take us everywhere. The only reason I gave four stars on the condition is because we did have a little bit of an issue with the laundry machine that was in sweet. But again having a laundry machine that's in sweet when you're on a beach vacation... Again a total game changer! Communication was great and we just totally enjoyed ourselves then coming home to such a well kept unit. Will definitely stay here should be returned again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. The condo was nice but could definitely use an update and have a few more kitchen items, it was pretty sparse. Has my grandson with us and he takes baths and the tub was missing the plug. I did call to get one but no one ever showed up.

For 5 days the unit above me was getting redone.I am taking saws, hammers and pounding on the floors. I have rented through seashore for over 40 years and expect better.

Fantastic getaway, wish we could have stayed longer!

Our trip was amazingly fantastic. We booked relatively last min after having much of our summer and all of our summer plans canceled due to Covid. The listing was exactly as it read and we were all pleasantly surprised to see the size of the condo when we arrived! It sleeps 6 but was very spacious and we never felt cramped at all. I would even say double beds could be swapped out for the twins and even 8 people could stay comfortably Often, we book and get there and it's small, but we deal because we are just happy to be on vacation. The pool is amazing and beautiful and it was literally steps from our doors. The beach is a really short walk, and just perfection. I believe we could have walked to Coligny as well, but we drove as we went there after doing other things. The condo buildings were very well kept up and clean. Any residents that we interacted with were very pleasant and nice to my children. Parking was super simple. Entry, super simple. It really was perfect. Literally the only things we found a little inconvenient was the fact that there was no hand soap or dish soap. There was dishwasher detergent, but at times we just needed to wash an item or two (and we didn't always fill the dishwasher), and the reusable water bottles we brought aren't dishwasher safe either. I had also sent an email to the company a few days before we left and never got a reply. The couch was a little old and dingy, but really literally everything else was immaculate. It was a FANTASTIC perk to have a washer and dryer and laundry detergent! Completely wonderful. We also appreciated the bottle of vinegar as jellyfish stings were rampant while there -- our family received 5 stings total and the vinegar came in handy! I would ABSOLUTELY stay in this condo or another condo on this property again. Definitely would recommend do a friend, as well. In fact, we met someone from our hometown in the next condo over and we both said the same thing!

Excellent property

The condo was very clean. The location was excellent and the condo complex itself was very nice. Our stay was very enjoyable! Only minor thing is that we had to stop at the management company’s office to get our checkin papers. There wasn’t a physical key or anything, so it wasn’t clear why we really needed an extra stop for info that could’ve just been emailed to us. Otherwise, no complaints at all. And, honestly Seashore Vacations were very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely stay again.

Place was great. I recommend replacing the coffee maker to an automatic shut off. We walked in 1 day & it was still on. Thank God it still had coffee in it. Also, there was very noisy construction going on around the lagoon that was annoying on 1st day there. Overall, it was fine. Thank you.

Very nice

Love staying at Courtside. Very peaceful. I did get hurt getting out of the pool due to ladder being broke. No signage saying it was broke.

It will need a coat of paint inside, but I'm sure these villas are on a regular schedule for painting and maintenance. Very clean. The washing machine was broken and it was replaced the next day! A short walk to the ocean. The pools and the turtle pond were very nice and clean.

mom daughter trip!

Property had good access good lighting and a short distance to the beach. My only complaint is that property could be cleaner, their was a strong musty smell, furniture really really needs to be replaced in living room also their was hair in the bathroom sinks and tub, but with little cleaning and lysol it worked out, we didn't call for cleaning we did it ourselves it was easier and we knew it would be right for us. The furniture really needs replacing. we were there only for three days, we were checking thinks out for our vacation later in the fall. Even with that we still enjoyed stay.

Worst ever

This property is dingy, dark, smells of mildew and sports water-stained ceilings. The chain lock is broken but it is helpfully stored in a drawer in the hallway. The patio furniture is cheap plastic and broken--but thoughtfully repaired with some kind of tape/bungee cord arrangement. Dining room window was lined with mildew at the top. Furnishings were well worn. Beds ok.. We were stuck with a two week stay at our first post-Covid outing. It was terrible. A great location with easy walk to the beach. I'd rather walk farther and find something nicer.

Exactly As Listed

We very much enjoyed our stay. Close to everything. The property was super clean but furnishings were older and outdated. Just steps to the pool. As others mentioned, you will hear your upstairs neighbors walk around. Ran into the friendly property manager on our second day and she was helpful as we struggled to lock the door. Overall, a great experience. Only wish there had been a drying rack or additional hooks for drying our many beach and pool towels.

We stayed two weeks. Property was clean and kitchen was well stocked. Beach is a short walk away. Only complaint is that the upstairs neighbor could be noisy, but not late into the night.

Reviewer Comments: Courtside location is excellent - less than ten minute walk to the beach and close enough to walk to the shopping/dining area Coligny Plaza. Courtyard is beautiful also and tennis courts a nice bonus. The upkeep of the place in general, however, is lacking. Our condo was not very clean when we arrived. During these times of Covid you would expect cleanliness to be the number one area focused on. That was definitely not the case. The kitchen looked like it does after my 12 year old says he cleaned the kitchen - food markings on the cabinets, walls, and fridege - not filthy or disgusting but just generally not clean. The living area had sand and leftover candy pieces on the floors - can't imagine it was vacuumed. If so, not very diligently. Second bedroom had comforters on it that were surely not washed. Bathrooms were clean so that was good because that would have put me over the top. To their credit, they sent someone asap when I called and they cleaned the kitchen for us to an acceptable level. Similarly, the pool area was not kept up on a daily basis. Furniture was always strewn everywhere and it just looked unkempt and messy all of the time. I'd stay at Courtside again for the location but will be much more wary of doing so for sure.
