The beach is steps away from your Ocean One patio at this oceanfront complex in South Forest Beach. With patios off the living room and master bedroom, guests staying in Ocean One 121 enjoy easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and its white sandy beaches as well as the oceanfront swimming pool. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the freshwater pool. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condition of the condo was poor and dated. Headboard unattached to bed. 2 of the sinks drained poorly. When we called about this, a plumber came out the next day and simply removed the stopper from the drain. Although that fixed the problem, it doesn't help for those of us that put contacts in your eyes and need the stopper to prevent your contacts from going down the drain, if dropped. For the money we paid, we were expecting better.

The condo was spacious but a little out dated.

Unit 121 is in need of some serious update! Found it run down. Patio furniture very dirty! Appliances outdated!

Stay was Great

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in unit 221 Ocean One this past week. The location was fabulous with the pool just a few steps away from the back patio and the beach only a short walk further. Having Coligny Circle and the Tiki Hut right next door was great. Our kids really enjoyed the pool and thye beach. The only negatives were that the beds were very uncomfortable in all bedsrooms. The mattresses and beddings were of poor quality. We had to have service come and fix the dryer which seems to be near needing replacement. Even with these couple negatives, I would highly recommend the place. It was great.

I don't recommend this vacation rental

Rating Details: I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo needs some overall maintenance. The dryer made a horrible noise, the fridge leaked, master bathroom toilet had flushing issues, carpet needed cleaned. we have stayed at other ocean one condos that were great, this one not so much. We will stay at Ocean one again, just not this particular condo. We love Ocean One's location, its pool and closeness to the Ocean.
