Courtside 110 - Large 3 BR Townhouse - Short Walk To Beach

Courtside 110 is a 3 story townhouse with 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths, one flight above street level. The top floor is a large master suite. Courtside is next to the world famous Van Deer Meer tennis center and 1.5 blocks from the beach. A special membership is included to Courtside guests, 1 hour of tennis privileges per day. This community has 2 pools on-site to use, and the courtyard features a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. Parking is directly in front of each condo, with additional spaces surrounding the building. Courtside is located in south forest beach, just 1/2 mile from the Coligny circle. Several shops and restaurants are nearby. This is a great location for all island activities. There is a King in the master, queen in the guest bedroom and 2 twins in the 3rd.

great stay!

Our stay at this property was wonderful! It was a quick walk to the beach, the pool was directly in our "backyard" and close to cvs/groceries/gas etc. We would stay here again in a second!

This was our first trip to Hilton Head and it didn’t disappoint. The condo felt like home and provided easy walking access to everything. We can’t wait to go back!

The condo was in good condition but the pots and pans that were provided were in pretty poor condition Other than that, this is a great place to stay with access to 2 pools.

The condo location was fantastic and we LOVED the size and amount of bedrooms/bathrooms. The carpet and furniture were a bit outdated and threadbare. We did feel like it was busier on the island than we have ever seen it. But, overall a great trip!

Reviewer Comments: Great location and price.Place needs a facelift; walls banged up, furniture old but the price reflects this I think.Coffee machine still had old coffee grinds in it; the dishwasher had junk and plastic cutlery in the tub and the lint catcher in dryer was full. So, these things make me wonder just how clean the place was, especially during Covid - 19. Great floor layout for a family. I would go back to this complex, just pick a different condo.

Reviewer Comments: Seashore vacations was easy to work, but We would have liked to been informed that the condo was going to be sprayed for bugs before the man came into the condo and scaring our 73 year old aunt. Also the last day everyone else had left by car but my husband and I were still there in upstairs bedroom since we had flown, the housekeepers opened the door and threw in all the new linens. We went downstairs and he had left the condo open. We locked the door and he tried to come in again a while after. Again left door unlocked so we then we locked the screen door. This was all before the checkout time of 10 am. As far as the condo, we did see many places were wear and tear are showing the age. They had light bulbs out and there is a crack in the ceiling in the master bedroom up top. Could use some updates. Location is a good walk to get to the beach a bit more than just across the street.

Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed most things about the condo but there were ants in the dining room, mold in the bathroom, the dryer didn't work (and was very noisy), the dishwasher falls out from the counter, the furniture is dirty and worn out, and the WiFi is weak and slow.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been staying at Court side annually for about 20 years thru Seashore. In the past my family has always been happy there. This year we rented Courtside 110 because we had rented it before. Needless to say the condo is in bad need of repair. My husband stopped at the office and told them about the dryer and bed. Someone stopped while we were out and turned the dryer sideways. I would have appreciated some type of response. After a storm the roof and window on the third floor leaked and there is black mold on the ceiling. I will not stay there again.

They were across from the unit we own so the location was great. They enjoyed the pool immensely. And it certainly is a plus that the ocean is such a short walk away. They enjoyed riding bikes on the extensive trails. Of course need I mention the restaurants in Hilton Head are fabulous. I would recommend dealing with Seashore Vacations because they certainly deliver. We had a great time!

Basically looking at a wall, although the location is good. Rug going into the condo was very dirty. Minimal extras for the bedrooms such as pillows, blankets, etc. Just wasn't what we expected.

There were no baking sheets in the condo but we made do. Everything else was great as usual. We’ve been staying at Courtside since 2011 and all of our condos have been nice!

The pool was right behind us. The bedsheets were not fresh on arrival and there were limited extra blankets. They too weren’t clean. We had to wash them. There were not enough towels and washcloths. Lots of closet space. The dresser in the kids room was difficult to open and close and the master bedroom was missing some drawer handles. Unfortunately only one smart TV but there was cable. No instructions for use though. Overall, only an ok experience.

This was the best accommodations of all of them, by a mile. So easy to check in....took probably 30 seconds. Piece of cake. Beautiful unit right beside pool, tennis courts, and beach.
