With decks off the living room and two bedrooms, guests staying in Ocean One 413 enjoy panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and the beach. After hours in the surf, vacationers rinse under the outdoor shower located on the complex's private beach walkway and then dip into the oceanfront swimming pool. Ocean One has added a brand new grilling area to the complex just beyond the pool.
Ocean One is a five story elevator building located in South Forest Beach. Among the amenities offered throughout Hilton Head Island, Ocean One is one block from the Coligny Beach Market, a quaint downtown area that offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. This up-to-date property is beautifully furnished and has a renovated kitchen with sparkling white cabinetry. The decor and outstanding views make Ocean One 413 a VIP property. The living room has a 47" flat screen. Master bedroom has a 37" , and the 2nd/3rd bedrooms have a 32" flat screen. Oceanfront VIP condo sleeps 6 people comfortably. Ideal for two couples. Master bedroom and bedroom 2 have king beds and private baths. Bedroom 3 has two twins beds and 3rd bath. Great views of the beach and ocean. 1 Walk in Shower.

Lovely condo right on the beach near Coligny Plaza and across from a concert park. This condo itself is the perfect one in this building for watching sunrises. Most of the others are blocked views! Has everything you need.

Great location with easy access to the beach! Beautiful view and ample room for our family. The condo had all the necessities and more but could use a little updating, especially the green carpet in the bedrooms. The carpet just didn't feel clean. It appears updates were started (kitchen counters, guest bathroom) but no completed.

Perfect Condo and Location in HHI

We loved our stay! Perfect location, wonderful view, great pool and outdoor amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and plenty of room for everyone. Loved all the great restaurants close by as well. We would absolutely stay here again!

Good condo, in a building that is being kept in tip top condition (albeit lots of construction going on now, but mainly involving the pool which is a non-issue this time of year).

Great overall stay

Great location since we were able to walk to many nearby shops and restaurants. While maintenance and construction were still in process at one end of the complex, we were still able to access our unit by elevator and the noise and disruption were minimal.

Nice unit, ongoing construction

The unit was very nice, clean, great view, had everything we needed. 4.5 stars The property: Nice pool and fire pit area, nice walkway to the beach. Unfortunately there was major construction that we were never informed of. It was every day, including Saturday and Sunday for our entire 12 days. Very noisy One of 2 entrances was closed, one of 2 elevators out of order. The elevator that worked was at the entrance that was closed. Half of the parking lot was closed. The daytime security lady was very nice and helpful. The evening guy was rude, when I told him that groups of teens were sneaking into the locked pool/fire pit area almost every night, he said there was nothing he could do about it. So what is his purpose? If the teens were quiet and polite, I wouldn’t mind, but they were not. Seashore Vacations: I informed them of our late arrival and they made arrangements accordingly, check-in was flawless. I was charged a credit card fee, even though I made arrangements to pay by another method.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was fine not great as there was constant noise from redoing the units. Could not use our balconies due to this. Was disappointed as I have stayed here before and had great experiences.

Perfect Girls Getaway

This condo was perfect for our girls trip with our young adult daughters. Great location and beautiful view of ocean. Within walking distance to Coligny Park which was perfect for us.

Frustrated

If the wash machine & the ice maker worked, and the TV would have had instructions it would have been better. We all packed with the intention of doing our wash to cut down on what we packed. These type of things would have made our stay much better.

Cleanliness of condo

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo! Refrigerator was filthy and has mold. Kitchen counter tops had a lot of crumbs on them. Also, mold was on dining room wall, hanging picture frame and ceiling vent in dining room. 3 light bulbs were out upon arriving in bathrooms. And a live spider was on my pillow case in master bedroom when I turned the bed down for the first time! We called Management and they sent a very nice gentleman to change bulbs and try and clean mold.

Exceeds Expectations!

413 Ocean One lived up to and exceeded our expectations. The unit was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Location is amazing. Beach is right in front of you and the views from the balcony are incredible. The shopping plaza is a couple minutes walk and has lots of restaurants and shops that everyone in our family enjoyed. Highly recommend!

The ocean front view was gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked , the condo was super clean- I could go on and on. It was fun being so close to Caligny plaza and the Tiki Bar on the beach. Had a really fun time. Had an issue with the dryer and someone came right out. I highly recommend staying here.
