Located at the South end beach area of Marco Island, this beachfront 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf. Located on the 7th floor both the master bedroom and living room have direct access to the large, covered balcony, a perfect area for watching the gorgeous sunset every night. Leave your large patio doors open and listen to the waves hit the beach all night long.

This unit features two bedrooms. Spacious master bedroom has a king bed with a tv and a walk-in closet. Master bath has a large tub and shower combo with double sinks. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds with a tv and a walk-in closet and is directly connected to the 2nd full bathroom (which can also be accessed from the living area). Kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay including one regular coffee pot or keurig. There is a breakfast area and then a separate more formal dining area. Spacious living room with flat screen smart tv and sofa can pull out into a queen bed (or you can use extra folding cot in guest bedroom). Washer and dryer inside the unit. All linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels, and beach towels provided. Some beach supplies are provided in a private locker on the ground level (such as beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and sand toys). One assigned, covered parking spot and free additional guest parking in the non-covered parking lot.

The Somerset Condo complex is beautiful with its landscaped tropical gardens, two heated salt water pools both with grilling areas, two tennis courts, a pickle ball court, fully equipped exercise room, and a beautiful beach just steps away! Bars, restaurants, shopping, movie theater, ice cream shop and mini golf, all within a short walking distance.

Marco Island is the largest of South West Florida's 10,000 islands and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. The island is six miles long, four miles wide and connected to the mainland by two bridges.

We own and manage our property, we also permanently live on the island. We enjoy meeting our guests and handing over the keys and answering any questions you might have. If something is needed we are close by to assist you. We accept weekly or monthly rentals only.
