Here you will find our private cabana, and are steps from either of the 2 saltwater pools or the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Unloading your car is easy. Pull up to the curb at our front door, and you are home! No scramble in search of luggage carts! No need to be in a slow, crowded elevator!

Our condo is located on the peaceful section of the south end of Crescent Beach, in the most desired luxury building - The Somerset. Here, you are steps away from the sandy beach and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico. From your private lanai, watch dolphins swim by while pelicans glide and dive! When you're ready for some action, enjoy endless opportunities for water sports. Nearby you can rent jet skis, sailboats, catamarans, kayaks, go para-sailing, charter a fishing boat, or take in a sightseeing excursion.

There are four restaurants you can walk to on the beach where you can enjoy refreshments, snacks, or gourmet meals. Plus, six more great restaurants, sports bars, a movie theater, bookstore, mini golf and fine boutique shops about a ten-minute walk on the street side.

Our spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 5 comfortably and offers all the comforts of home for you and your family. We proudly use Eco-friendly LED lighting throughout.

Our fully equipped kitchen has all new appliances, including a stainless-steel washer, dryer, cafe style refrigerator with filtered water and filtered ice dispenser, glass-top stove, dishwasher and microwave oven. Everything necessary to whip up delectable meals.

There are ceiling fans and smart, flat screen TVs in both bedrooms and the living room. Plus ceiling fans on the entry porch and on the lanai. We provide free Wi-Fi. In the living room we've upgraded our TV to a new 65-inch OLED for you to enjoy! For the little ones, discover a trove of games and puzzles to keep them entertained.

The open concept dining area and living room lead directly to your private lanai. You won't want to miss a single sunset! Our lanai has high-end Gensun cast aluminum furniture with four bar height chairs and round table, two comfortable swivel rockers, and a chaise.

The master bedroom features a king size bed, access to the lanai, a walk-in closet, an on-suite bathroom with granite vanity, dual sinks and walk-in rain shower. The second bedroom has a twin-size bed and a queen-size bed. All beds have new Simmons "World Class Beauty Rest" mattresses. The second bedroom also features an updated on-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We provide tennis rackets, tennis balls, pickle ball rackets and pickle balls in the walk-in closet. Additionally, we have a hurricane glass enclosed entry porch that can function as a third sleeping space as our futon converts to a full-size sleeper bed.

Somerset guests enjoy a private tennis court, four striped pickle ball courts, and four charcoal grills. The charcoal, lighter fluid and utensils are provided. Plus, you have an assigned, covered, free parking space for your convenience! The Somerset is the only condo building on Marco featuring 2 heated saltwater pools!

Bonus: Just for our guests, Somerset 106 comes with our private cabana! Inside, you'll find a new Kettler ping pong table with 4 paddles and plenty of ping pong balls. Stay active! We also have four adult 3-speed bicycles for your family to explore the Island.

For the beach, you'll find a selection of beach chairs, umbrellas, sun shelters, and coolers with easy to maneuver beach wagons. Plus, a Radio Flyer kids wagon for the little ones. In addition, we've got noodles, pails, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, paddle ball sets, soccer balls, volleyballs and footballs to share with you.
