The Contemporary has two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed leading out to the second patio and the second, with a king bed. The unit has two full baths, one with a marble spa like bath tub and shower and the second, with a luxurious shower. The unit is located on the second floor.

The front PATIO has a stunning ocean view which leads into the great room with an open kitchen and dining area facing the ocean. The open dining area has a table and 4 chairs. There is also a second large patio (200 square foot) with a barbecue, table for four and sun recliner.

The unit overlooks Strands Beach - just 1/4 mile south of the famed Ritz Carlton Hotel and Salt Creek Beach Park, and is located adjacent to the path to the beach on top of the bluff. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. It is truly one of the most unforgettable spots you will ever find.
