DESCRIPTION: Rainbow Beach House is an extraordinary beachfront property boasting four spacious bedrooms and four modern bathrooms, complete with a pool and sun deck. After a comprehensive renovation in 2018, this villa exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. With the recent addition of a generator, this exceptional residence combines splendor and practicality, ensuring that your stay will be nothing short of perfect.

The home is a two level design all with interior access, perfect for families and/or couples traveling together. The great room is an open floor plan, with the kitchen, living and dining area being the centerpiece of this beautiful home. There is a 24' wall of screened sliding glass doors that open on to the pool and pool deck, all which enjoy the stunning views of Johnson Bay and beyond. On opposite sides of the great room are two bedrooms, the master bedroom (king) is on the left and the upper guest bedroom (queen) is on the right. Both have screened sliders that open on to the pool deck and each include private baths with tiled showers. The lower level bedrooms are accessed via a spiral staircase. The lower left bedroom (king) and lower right bedroom (queen) each have a private bath with shower and are connected by a common hallway. From the lower bedrooms there are screened sliding glass doors which open to the beach level. You can easily walk out your door to go swimming and snorkeling. If you like more activity, you can rent paddle boards and kayaks during your stay, if rented for the week most companies will deliver them to the villa for your stay.

No matter what time of year you travel, you are sure to always enjoy the sounds of the surf and the overall relaxing, beach front atmosphere of this tropical vacation home.

LOCATION: Rainbow Beach House is located on the sand beach at Johnson Bay, which is a quiet cove carved out of the western shore of Coral Bay, on the southeast end of St. John. In front of your villa there is a small, reef protected sand beach. The very picturesque view stretches from the village of Coral Bay at the head of the harbor in the northwest, to the mouth of Coral Bay in the east (Coral Bay refers to a small village, a body of water and also the large land area surrounding the bay.) Although Rainbow faces east the pool and sun deck are bathed in sunshine for most of the day, and the trade winds are partially blocked so they usually blow mild yet refreshingly cool - perfect weather for enjoying the pool and deck. There are only four villas along the beach at Johnson Bay, so this setting remains tranquil, restful and romantic. It's a 20-30 minute drive into Cruz Bay, and a 4-10 minute drive to the restaurants, bars and groceries in Coral Bay, and a 15-20 minute drive to the National Park beaches located along the north shore.

LIVING & DINING: In 2018, the great room at Rainbow Beach was completely renovated and has a light, airy feel to it which is beautiful and inviting! The new kitchen, dining room table and living room furniture are beautiful and provide all the comforts of home. There are screened sliding glass doors along the entire living room which open on to the pool deck, offering gorgeous water views of Coral Bay, the National Park as well as Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. The large pool deck, pool, gas grill, and abundant deck furniture are the focus of many memorable day or evening activities. Entertainment is provided by a flat screen TV with Dish Network. You can watch your favorite drama or sporting event, or listen to one of the many music channels, and dance the night away! If you prefer, there is a blue tooth speaker set you can use to play your own music from your phone! WiFi is also available in case you need to stay connected but we hope you unplug and just enjoy!

You may dine inside at the new dining room table that seats 8, at the bar/island or at the poolside table that seats 4.

KITCHEN: The newly designed kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. You can easily prepare a delicious home cooked meal or if you prefer, hire a private chef to treat you to some culinary delights. Your kitchen includes all new white cabinetry, granite counter-tops and new stainless steel appliances.

BEDROOMS: The 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a new split level unit (2 kings, 2 queens) have been newly redecorated with all new furniture, linens, and TV's with Roku for streaming. The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the villa, which ensures maximum visual and sound privacy, perfect for couples traveling together. However, with all the bedrooms being inside access, this layout works perfectly for families traveling with children! The two upper level bedrooms open on to the pool deck, while the two lower level bedrooms open on to the beach level. This is a perfect floor plan for all traveling guests.
