Plan showers ahead
Unit has a great layout and the beach view was phenomenal. Excellent patio furniture and we enjoyed using the patio very much. The communication with the management company was poor. On Tuesday afternoon we came up from the beach to shower and get ready for dinner. Hot water lasted for maybe 10 minutes. Needless to say all showers were cold. The master bath shower faucet broke and we had to rig it. We called to place a work order Tuesday. They didn’t come to check on the water or the faucet till Thursday. We were told, “you have hot water, but the tank in this unit is very small. You can’t take showers at the same time. They probably should have told you this. I know this is probably not what you want to hear while on vacation. We keep telling them (I’m assuming the owner/management company) they need to update the size of the water heater.” We managed around it.The service guy was great but he came at 10:20 in the evening after I specifically asked them to not come after 10:00. This is on the management company, not the tech. He did his best, but the situation was beyond his scope. The shower faucet was never repaired. Apparently it’s a special order faucet. I know this faucet style can be purchased at any Home Depot. Overall, it’s a great location, but this unit needs some TLC. Pools were great. Unit AC was excellent. Outside of the hot water issue, all the doors stuck when you closed and opened them. Simple adjustments is all they need. Unit needs some love.
