It was super clean and well stocked. There was an issue where the electricity went out, but it was resolved by the owners in a timely manner.

Weekend getaway

My husband and I went down for a final summer getaway. My daughter and her family and in-laws stay there, so we decided to join them. It was great. The condo was well-equipped, comfy and perfect.

This condo is perfect in every way!!

We had a 3 night stay here while celebrating a special occasion and thoroughly enjoyed the location, view, amenities, cleanliness and newly remodeled atmosphere. The gated and monitored complex was quiet, safe and very well maintained. Looking forward to another stay here SOON!

This was an awesome condo. It was extremely well stocked with beach toys, small kitchen appliances and dishes. The view of the ocean was fantastic. The beds were all very comfortable. The facility itself had 3 heated pools with hot tubs which were all really nice. They also have a tennis court that can be used as a pickleball court on site. They have a boardwalk that overlooks the beach/ocean with very comfortable lounge sofas. We found ourselves sitting down there a lot. We highly recommend this condo.

Clean, comfortable and affordable

The property was nice and the rooms were clean. Everything was in the kitchen that I needed. However, it wasn’t entirely clear where the trash dumpster was and the pool water was very cloudy during our stay. Nice beach access. Would definitely stay again

The condo was a huge surprise! Extremely clean and everything seemed new. The kitchen appliances were top of the line and the TV’s were easy to use. Beds seemed new, very comfy. Plenty of towels, beach towels, blankets, and the washer/dryer set! I want that set the next time I need new ones at home. The proximity to the beach, pool, and boardwalk were great. There is a partial beach view from the balcony that was far bigger than I expected. Pool & hot tub were very clean and had chairs and umbrellas all around. Parking was easy. If you wonder about stairs- they are soft wood, strong handrails, low rise steps, with a landing 1/2 way that get you to the 2nd floor. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Overall good and comfortable stay. Appliances and available kitchenware were fantastic. Beds and pillows comfortable. Loved the location. Only 4 stars given due to cleanliness. Tons of hair left on drain of showers, Finger prints all over restroom mirrors, refrigerator and freezer left full of perishable food and clothes from previous renter still in drawers.

The condo is spotless, brand new and with superb decoration and equipment.Second floor with easy acsess to the parking, and a short walk right in to the beach. It guess the owner is a Chef y have never stay in a condo so well equiped with high quality appliances, smallware and lots of cooking gadgets. The towels and linens are also top . Its simply perfect. Will book again this same unit.

Great Location

This beach condo had a great view of pool and beach. Walk to beach was short. Grounds were well kept. Guests were polite and not bothersome felt more private. Condo itself was nicely appointed with furniture , appliances and linens. We were very comfortable. Noise was not an issue. Trash was as picked up daily. Parking was very convenient. Enjoyed our time thoroughly.

We were so sad to go!

This condo is nothing short of amazing. It is gorgeous, very well equipped, and super comfortable place plus it has a great view, and is a super short walk to a really nice pool, beach front deck, and walkway to the water! Communication with property manager was a breeze, no issues with check in process, was quiet despite it being spring break, and the beach there is lovely. I would say my only dislike was that the master bedroom has no windows at all, I didn't realize that when booking and I almost traded rooms with my kiddos because of it. All in all though, highly recommend!

Beautiful Condo Unit

This condo unit was recently updated and well appointed. Pretty much anything you need for cooking you will find in the kitchen. Beach chairs and beach towels also available for use.Master king bed was a bit firm but still quite comfortable. Towels were not your typical white with bleach smell - they were gray and quite nice.While the inside of the condo is beautiful, the exterior of the buildings and overall property looks to be lacking in the maintenance department. The condo siding is just dirty and several of the buildings had roofing issues with missing shingles. The pool water was always cloudy - even first thing in the morning.Would we rent this condo again - definitely! But only if the overall condition of the property improved.

The location of the condominium was awesome, our family could walk straight to the beach, The splash pad and pool were great for our small grandchildren. They enjoyed their time in the splash pad. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. I especially liked the washer and dryer, all the appliances were excellent and upgraded . Parking was close to our condo so very convenient to load up my grandkids in our car. The only things I found as a negative was the smell when you entered the condominium, it had a funny smell, we could never figure out what it was, we were guessing mold… or humidity? Two of the air vents looked like they had mold spots. The other were no blinds in the living room area to close and have privacy, we were on the second floor and could see everyone coming from the beach and we were wondering jokingly if they could see us, eating dinner or watching tv? I do want to give a shot out to The SPI Rental management , Serina was the only person who was available when we had to call for assistance, her quick response was invaluable. She did not hesitate to accommodate us and get what we needed corrected right away. I don’t know what we would have done without her help. I will always be grateful for her kindness and wanting to really make sure we were taken care of.

Thank you so much for your review. If you had mentioned the humidity, we would’ve explained that all you need to do is turn the Airconditioning DOWN because being on an oceanfront it’s wry humid. That is definitely not mold and not sure why you wouldn’t have mentioned that since we are on the island and even had housekeeping, deliver more towels. We appreciate the feedback on the windows and blinds. You’re welcome back anytime!

Beautiful condo with comfortable beds, couches, plenty of seating for meals. Very clean and comfortable. Everything you need for a short or long stay. Close access to the pool, hot tub and beach. Clear check-in and check-out instructions, good parking and close to good restaurants and outside activities like SPI birding, turtle sanctuary and gravity park.

Great place to stay! Plenty of parking, great views, good location. Check-in took a little bit of time and didn’t know exactly what to do, but liked how safe property was after check-in. Enjoyed being able to rent chairs and umbrella from complex as well. Would stay here again.

Condo has EVERYTHING you need, we could’ve just shown up with clothes and been set. Very clean, even has a beach closet with everything you could need/want for beach day. Spotless with brand new appliances and loved having security and an entrance gate.

We loved this condo, and can’t wait until the next time we can visit! The space is on the second floor, and the view is breathtaking, exactly as described. It was really clean, and stocked well with paper goods, soaps, dishes, kitchen tools, & beach extras. The walk to the heated pool and to the beach is really close. The walk to the unheated pool is not far either. Overall an excellent stay on beautiful SPI!

The condo was absolutely perfect. This was our 12th summer vacation in SPI. I believe we have finally found our perfect place to stay. It’s on the second floor, but the stairs are easy. Loved the view from the balcony. My only complaint has nothing to do with the condo itself or our host. One of the ladies working at the office where you rent the canopies/chairs was extremely rude. Next year I will bring our own canopy so we do not have to deal with her, not a deal breaker.

Excelente departamento

Nos gustó mucho el departamento está muy nuevo muy limpio y remodelado. Espacios excelentes, todo nos gustó. Lo único malo es las partes exteriores: escaleras para llegar al departamento le hace falta un poco de limpieza.Pero excelente lugar para quedarse!!
