Great stay

We love this resort. Have been staying here for years. By far this is the best unit. Great location, very accessible, comfortable, clean, and great decor. Highly recommend.

Building is dated but the unit is very nicely updated and decorated. Amenities were as described. Nice walk to the beach.

Perfect place for a getaway!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Head resort. Our condo was very modern, cozy and inviting and has a beach theme throughout it. The walk to the beach is short and on a beautiful boardwalk. We really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub as it wasn’t too hot when we were so the outdoor pools were a little chilly. Lots to do in the surrounding area for people of all ages.

Great place!

Our family of 5 stayed here for spring break. Building’s exterior was dated and a little rough looking but the interior was clean and updated nicely. Kitchen is well stocked so we could cook our own meals and the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were an awesome plus. The indoor and outdoor pools were nicely maintained and we used the indoor hot tub almost nightly.

Wonderful Stay

The condo was great, good amount of space. My daughter loved the bunk bed, she put her stuffed animals up there and she said that where they sleep. My wife loved the condo and how it was decorated. We cooked breakfast there and lunch at the condo.Only one small problem when we arrived the A/C unit was not working but the owner was very nice and called and got someone to fix it right away. Stuff happens that are out of people's control. Thank you so much for letting us rent your beautiful condo. We are going to try and come back next year.

Minor hiccups

Overall great stay. Second time at this resort. Issue with key code to lock box, was changed and we were not notified. Lock box was difficult again on check out. Frustrating for us and properly owner.

Cute condo in building one.

This condo was super cute. We loved all the amenities. The condo has everything you need. Nightlights are always appreciated with little kids. The patio has a screen which will save you from any bugs. The beach wagon, chairs, toys and towels were super useful. Being in building one, you walk out right to a view of the beautiful out door pool and the island grill and deli. On windy days, this is the place to be (surrounded by four walls). The boardwalk was awesome. We saw alligators, frogs and lizards. We loved the indoor pool also, which includes a sauna and steam room. Would stay here again.

No washer and dryer

The property is very cute but they expect guests to wash towels and there is no washer and dryer so you have to use a community one there are only 2 on the entire floor. They are very busy and hard to find empty ever.

Family's beach trip

This was our first time using the Hilton Head Resort location and this property was very cozy and comfortable. We had everything we needed for our stay. Great commication, super friendly. Would do this again.

Nice getaway that could've been better

The exterior of this place is dated, but the condo itself is updated. It's also in perfect proximity to the beach with a short, scenic walk on the boardwalk. We would've been perfectly content with our stay had the property manager returned our call about the missing remote for the ceiling fan/light. The fan was on high and we couldn't control the speed or light. She did come to take a look at it a day into our stay, but never returned or returned our call after leaving her a message. That is very unprofessional. There is a list of tasks required before checking out, but there's no accountability on the property manager's part. Unfortunately, this will probably cause us not to stay here again. It's a shame because it was perfect for what we were looking for.

Perfect for us!

If you want beach time, this is a great spot on Hilton Head Island. The exterior of the building is dated, as are the stairwells and hallways. However our condo had nice updates, temperature control was awesome in late July, fully stocked kitchen, convenient laundry, was very clean, and moderately priced. There is a complementary golf cart shuttle that goes across the boardwalk if you like. Water temperature in the Ocean was like bathwater! Overall, great stay for my wife and I and our 3 very active boys!

Nice Condo, management company not great

Condo was updated and nice. Appreciated the beach chairs and lots of hooks. The lights in the dining room and bedroom did not work. Emailed the management company twice, took them several days to get back to us and they told us where the switches were. Yes we are aware, however they don't work, never heard back. Also would have been nice to be told no toilet paper was provided other than the roll on the holder. We had 6 people for a week so obviously need more than that. Don't mind buying it but not cool finding out after we ran out.. Location was great, short walk to the beach

Beautiful/ Relaxing

Such a great experience! This condo is beautiful on the inside and the amenities in the area were great. A scenic walk on the boardwalk to the beach was fun every time. We even got to see an alligator! :) During the day the beach had a tide pool which was awesome. The condo was clean, and very kid friendly. We have a rambunctious 2 year old, but it was very functional for him. 10/10 recommend and we will be back!
