- Community seasonal amenities are available for $12 per person, per day, including access to the pool, beach, mini golf, paddle boats, playgrounds, tennis, basketball, and soccer fields. Passes are purchased at arrival. Please note many community amenities are seasonal & not in our control.
- Registration required before check-in ($75 late fee for forms submitted less than 3 days before arrival)
- At check-in, guests must present a driver’s license & car registration for entry
- Keyless entry with a unique code provided on arrival
- Outdoor Ring security cameras for added safety

HOUSE RULES
- Respect our home, neighbors and community
- Maximum Occupancy: 8 guests, need to be pre-registered
- Pet Policy: We will allow up to 3 dogs to stay the fees are the following: $25 per stay per dog and $100 additional pet cleaning fee. This will be collected after your reservation is booked through the app. We ask that you keep dogs off the human beds and couches.
- No smoking inside our home
- Damages: Please treat our home as your own. Please notify us right away if anything is damaged
- No Weapons: For the safety and comfort of all guests, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly prohibited on the property
- No refunds for weather, amenity closures, travel changes, shortened stays, or power/internet outages beyond our control. Review our cancellation policy before booking. For added protection, consider travel insurance.
- We'll let you know in advance if early check-in or late check-out is possible.
