• 1 full bathroom downstairs near the grill area — perfect for rinsing off after a day on the beach!

Relax in the bright and cozy living room with a 55” Roku TV and comfy seating. The fully stocked kitchen features freshly painted cabinets, and a beautiful island — ideal for whipping up beach snacks. Gather around the large dining table that seats up to 12 for family meals and game nights!
