The Maui Vista complex is located across the street from beautiful Charlie Young & Kamaole Beach Park I. These are some of Kihei, Hawaii's best beaches. The Cove Park, a great beginner surfing location, is just around the corner, walking distance to this complex. This wonderful condo, unit #2218, is one of the great locations, building 2, 2nd floor, garden view, makes it more enjoyable for those restfully times on the lanai. Fully equipped with everything you would want or need for your stay, set up in newly remodeled kitchen, washer/dryer, TV's both in living and bedroom with brand new carpet through out. The owner has included Paid Channels like HBO, Show Time, Cinemax, Starz, all for guests extra entertainment options, enjoy. Other items are provided, iron/iron board, beach gear, free internet, and all linens and towels. There are BBQ grills at the complex for those times you feel like cooking out. They also offer tennis courts for those that enjoy the game. Every building has a pool for guests to soak up the sun with out getting sandy at the beach. Don't forget the sunscreen!!!

The condo itself very nice. I wouldn't consider it looking over a garden. I didn't use the pool, tennis or pickleball courts, so cannot rate those appropriately. Everything needed to stay here as long as you want appeared to be in the kitchen! The major issue for me was I did find the bed VERY uncomfortable, sinking down in the mattress on both sides, so my main suggestion would be to replace the mattress!

Very Nice Condo

My wife and I stayed here for a few days in the beginning of October, doing a lot of snorkeling. The condo is very nice with an updated kitchen and bathroom. Both the air-conditioners were in tip top shape. Not all of the other units have 2 air-conditioners, so it was great having that. The living room was also carpeted which most units don't have and the carpet was in good condition. The only issue we ran into was that the Wi-Fi password in the check in e-mail had the first letter wrong, which took us a little while to figure out. It's correct on the back of the Wi-Fi router. Once we got that squared away, the Internet connection itself was super fast.

Great Location, Nice and Cozy, Awesome Accomodations

I really enjoyed my stay here. This was the first time I stayed in Kihei at a location other than a hotel. I absolutely loved it. Parking was very easy and there were a lot of stalls which posed no problem for coming home late each night. The actual condo is not too far from the parking and can be accessed by a couple of stairwells and even an elevator. The property itself is a nice kept location. You can walk around and it's easy to access the main road. The condo property is extremely close to food options, bars, stores, etc. It is in such a prime location that it makes it perfect to walk wherever you want. If you are driving to another town, it's located 2 mins from the highway. The actual interior was very nice and clean. I spent a lot of time in the kitchen which was nicely renovated. Furthermore, the living room was nice a cozy to spend time in. It was also nice to have a washer and dryer inside of the unit to get laundry done regularly. The bathroom was nice and water pressure was decent. The bedroom was a perfect size and bed nice and firm (I like it more on the firmer side). As you know, it's extremely humid in Hawaii, so the AC was extremely nice to have on while I was in the condo. The balcony was nice to sit on and you looked over a small garden/parking area, so it was nice and peaceful outside. I can't say enough great things about this condo and for the price, you can't beat it. If there was ONE thing I could critique, I'm sort of a conservationist when it comes to water and going green. The water line in the toilet was a little too much for me to want to flush after each use (I did though). M Maybe if there was a way to adjust that level so it's not so full all the time. Granted I know this is a picky thing, but it just goes to show you that I really enjoyed staying here...I had to pull something out for the critique lol! Will be inquiring on this place again the next time im in town!

50th Anniversary

My husband and I rented this property for 2 weeks while we were in Maui for our 50th anniversary. The condo was immaculate and all our major needs were provided for. The 2 AC units were a real asset as I can't sleep if the room is hot or stuffy. The kitchen was very well equipt...we cooked our own meals the majority of our stay. The beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella were wonderful to have on site. The beach is a short walk away...we took our car and parked in a free lot because walking with all that beach stuff is a challenge at our age. We definitely recommend this unit!

Best Vacation Rental

We absolutely loved this vacation rental! This is one of the nicest and well equipped rentals we have stayed in. It had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect! We would love to stay here again!

Great stay

Probably the best deal in Kihei. Has everything you could ask for just no toiletries, but is walking distance to ABC store. They also sent an email about Maui covid requirements which was helpful.

Maui Vacation 2019

Great location near all the amenities and very safe w/ 24hr security. Found the unit clean, the kitchen well stocked with every needed to cook, with relatively new appliances. Living room furnishings and decorations could use updating as these are very old. Property management team very responsive and professional.

Comfortable, cozy and clean/

We enjoyed the condo very much and appreciated the owners providing everything we could possibly need. The tall chairs on the balcony were a real plus to use while enjoying our morning coffee. A/C in bedroom a must because it was very hot. Most of all I commend the owners for having the condo spotlessly clean. Location is perfect.

Great value in a convenient location

This is a great condo for the price. The location is excellent, easy walk to beaches, shopping and restaurants. The complex is quiet and very well maintained. The condo is also very well equipped, with beach towels and equipment, and the kitchen is nicely updated and well stocked. We'd stay here again - a good choice for Kihei!

Best equipped condo ever!

We have stayed in Maui a number of times, including other units at Maui Vista. This one by far is our favorite. I will start by saying the pictures do not do it justice. It is fantastically bright, the furnishings lovely and in keeping with the culture, and provided the warm vacation surroundings we were after. We have never stayed in such a well-equipped and spotless unit. From the lovely toiletries in the bathroom, to the most wonderful pots and kitchen utensils, everything was just as we would've hoped. The bedding was lovely and they were plenty of towels both for the bath and the beach. A wonderful carry cooler that let you keep your drinks and food cold at the beach but had plenty of space for towels, snorkel gear, and your sunscreen. A wonderful welcoming touch with a personal note and pineapple from the owners. I had the opportunity to call them during our stay and thank them again. Without question we will book again and I would highly highly recommend this unit to anyone.

Wonderful condo!

The condo is beautiful. We liked the location, especially fine for young children (our grandchildren were visiting) as the beach is across the street. The condo is well equipped with everything one could possibly need.
