Discover your perfect island retreat at Ocean Dunes Villas 411, a beautifully appointed 4th-floor oceanfront villa located on South Forest Beach Drive, one of Hilton Head's premier beaches. This cozy, one-bedroom, one-bath villa features a separate bedroom with a king-size bed, and a fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing meals at home.

The open living and dining area seamlessly connects to a private balcony, offering breathtaking ocean views perfect for savoring sunrises and sunsets. For additional sleeping arrangements, the living room includes a queen-size sofa sleeper, and the hallway features two bunk beds—perfect for small children.

Situated just 70 yards from the ocean, Ocean Dunes Villas is conveniently located near Coligny Plaza, where you can enjoy a variety of shops and dining options.

The heated oceanfront pool is available year-round, with a comfortable temperature of 82 degrees. Pool hours are from 9 AM to sunset daily.

Ocean Dunes offers complimentary wireless internet, and its prime location on South Forest Beach Drive puts you just 70 yards from the beach and a short distance from Coligny Plaza and Coligny Beach Park.

This property has coin operated laundry on the property, not in the villa.

Dine at the Oceanside Bar & Grill adjacent to Ocean Dunes. Open for breakfast, lunch & dinner.

Beautiful Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is beautiful, well-kept and clean. The ocean view is fabulous. Our few complaints are these: the AC unit in the living room is very loud and if you use the TV, you need to turn the volume very high. Also, quiet time is 10pm I believe, and that isn't followed by some guests who run up and down the interior halls. There is no staff to monitor it. Lastly, I did notice litter around the property (mainly by the stairs) that was there several days without being picked up.

Excellent place for our family trip!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall my family of 6 (two little kids) loved this unit! The unit was very nice, with the only exception being the worn out sofa mattress which was quite uncomfortable for an adult, but kids don’t mind as much. The view is amazing and unobstructed of the beach. The pool was clean and warm, and easy to access on the way to or back from the beach. The management team was very courteous, and made an impression that they would be available and willing to help should we have had the need. Again we had a fantastic stay and would recommend the unit and rental company.

Disappointed

My husband and our toddler stayed here this past week and killed two roaches “palmetto bugs” (same thing if you Google it) within the first two days of being there. Under the tables and chairs were crumbs and tons of dust. The room smelled old and musty. Had to call and have cleaning services come and clean. Shower drain doesn’t drain well, bed was terribly uncomfortable. This room needs some serious updates and the bug issue addressed immediately.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented 4 condos total with our family vacation, everyone’s condos were nice but this one 411 was just ok, it was a little outdated. For me the main bed was pretty bad, felt like I was sleeping on jello, every little mov, it jiggled, not very comfortable ... I’m not a picky person but I wouldn’t rent 411 again if the bed was the same. The view was great and the condominium itself was nice, location was great and the staff was very friendly and helpful

Reviewer Comments: Great location, great view, shallow pool meant that pool was VERY warm (not refreshing), condo was adequate, floor really needed to be cleaned better (MANY long blonde hairs on the floor, hair and other debris stuck to bottom of dinning table legs).

The only complaint that I have is the shower had some issues. The drain was slow and caused to fill with up with water. We were also missing sheets for the pull out bed on the first night. They were quick to get them over to us the next day though. I would recommend staying at Ocean dunes and if they fix the shower is his is a great unit for 4 people.
