Hi Nanci, Thanks for your review. As we discussed, you did find the towels but felt like there were not enough to your liking. We appreciate having you as a guest and hope that next time you leave a review, be it for us or another rental, you leave an accurate one so that it does not mislead others. We aim to make our travelers experience the best possible which is why we always request that our guests reach out should they have any questions during their stay. Our property VRBO page and rental agreement between every guest state that there is outdoor video surveillance in use. We utilize video surveillance for the safety of our guests and our home, noise monitoring and guest quantity management only. We never listen in on the private conversations of our guests as this has no benefit to us. As you are aware, you had listed that there would be a total of 10 guests in the home for your reservation. However, we were able to confirm that there were at least 13 adults and 8 children - which violated our agreement for your stay. Due to this amount of guests - we had to request that you keep the noise down after quiet hours began and after community complaints were received. As a result of this reservation, the homeowners received a letter in the mail from the city township warning us of future repercussions for such large gatherings without prior notification to the city.
