If you like mold and filth, stay here

A complete refurbish is needed. Replacement of bed linens, kitchen counters, cabinet doors and knobs. Painting is essential. There was no local TV / cable channels. We were told we must pay for each channel $10 per month. This is the first time we were told this by any rental we have rented. We were not informed until after the last cut off date for refund of January 6th. The baseboards are dirty. In the bathroom hair and dust was everywhere and some mold was in the glass panel in the master bathroom. It leaks and there is black mold along the tile floor and on the glass panel it is spreading out into the bathroom floor, my husband scraped and caulked the bathroom. The door going to the pool area was full of hair and leaves and dark crud it had been there a long time, we bought cleaners and brushes to clean the track and the door frame and the glass of the sliding door inside and out. I would not recommend this place to anyone.The filter on the furnace needs to be changed it is blowing out dark soot from the ceiling vents. All the vents are dirty. The lawn maintenance team was here once for a quick mowing we stayed here for 2 months no work was done around the front or the back of the house where I needed to walk to get to the car. It is noticeably messier than the neighbors houses this is not good for a drive-by inspection. We put down high visibility tape on the edge of the unmarked step going into the garage / recreation room. I tripped on the first day here.

Clean, very nice and comfortable! The game room in the garage was an added bonus. Nice quiet neighborhood, close to Walmart and publix for groceries.

Great Vacation

We had a wonderful stay, the condo was very clean, pool great, the location was super for seeing our family that lives here.. We also love the shopping and Disney. Very close to everything. Neighborhood was also very nice and quiet. Everything from booking to our stay was amazing.

Southern Visit

My husband and sister stayed for a week. Had a great time. Nice neighborhood. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Only suggestion is to add some cookie sheets to the kitchen. Helpful if we wanted to make cookies or a frozen pizza. Thank you.

Orlando Vacation Rental

Overall good experience and value. Great layout and functional space for family vacation. Pool was nice extra. Generally everything was clean and in good working condition. Noticed dust on walls and wall hangings. Quite a bit of chiped and scratched wall paint. The master bath toilet floor mounting is loose. The light fixture over dinning table is hanging by its electric wire.

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was big enough to accommodate each family member. It was very convenient to Disney and Clermont's activities. The pool was nice to get into after a long day at Disney. Although it was deep inside of the neighborhood, it was still very easy to get to and convenient to everything. We did have a couple of nights of fireworks going on in the neighborhood, and right next door, so that was unexpected (we're from Texas so our rules are different) but they were nice to see. Each room having a TV was great as well and the beds were comfortable. Photos are misleading.

Overall great just a couple things

The place was great. Accommodated is well. Iā€™m just going to list what I would call inconvenient rather than issues. -one of the rooms had been converted from twin beds to one queen. Normally it would be ok but then it didnā€™t accommodate our sleeping arrangements. We bought a blow up mattress and someone slept on the floor -there were only six towels for a house that sleeps ten. Again we just went and purchased more towels and took them home with us -there was a boil order, so beware it can happen, and we had to buy bottled water -the a/c on the wall said not to adjust it below 78 degrees. Which wasnā€™t much different than the temperature out and we often felt muggy and hot. Coming from colder weather it wasnā€™t pleasant but it wasnā€™t unbearable.

We had a great time. Our grandson loved the pool. The only things we found was the dishwasher was not bolted in and the toilet in the master bathroom tipped back and forth. Very easy fixes. We would definitely stay at this home again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Not as expected

They house was spacious an clean as expected but I had to contact the house manager day 1 is not a good thing. First thing I do before any of us went in was walked around the property inside an out an take pictures of ANY damages so I didn't get charged for it. What I found was horrible. Upon my inspection found damages to the house in all rooms. So I e-mailed the manager an was told that I wouldn't be charged due to the last tenants. Ok. My reason for renting a house w/pool & game room (pool table & air hockey)was so we didn't have to leave out to go do other things other than what I planned to do. The pool table was missing balls an was leaning. One of the pool sticks were broken. There was no air hockey there. So I again emailed the manager and was told that the tenants before me had damaged it and they were waiting for insurance to replace the air hockey table that he would drop off some new pool table balls which he did. I also stated to the manager that the swimming pool was knot clean nor was the filter running. Was told he would send the pool company by to take a look. I was there from June 1st-8th an the pool man showed up June 7th. The pool was my deal breaker. We did not get to utilize the pool until the day before we left, hours after the pool man left from cleaning an putting in chemicals. The filter hadn't been cleaned it was so dirty made me sick to see it when he pulled it out. Had to add water parks to my itinerary so the kids could go swimming. The house was knot ready to rent. Will not rent again.

Week family stay

The house was great. Lots of space for any size family and a great price point. There were a couple things that were needing some updates and fixes. But for the price point, location and options in the area it was great.

None of the games in the garage are usable. The pool table was being leveled by a Jenga piece. The air hockey table has a poker chip as the puck and doesn't even work when plugged in. Until you get this updated its not right to say there is a game room. There were only 6 bath towels even though the house sleeps 10. No wash clothes or hand towels were provided. No hot pads to remove items from the oven. The TV remotes need to be labeled for which TV they belong with as they are all the same and mixed in a bowl in the living room on arrival. The pool was semi dirty, we had to request a net. Good point is that was brought in a few hours upon request. We found that there was stagnate water under the sink in a bucket b/c the sink had a small leak. Upon our stay it turned into a big leak in which they couldn't fix while we were there and they had 3 days until our departure. There were not the same amount of bar stools as shown in the picture. No big deal just commenting for awareness. The beds were not comfortable. All of the above are why I give this a poor rating. Not all was bad, such as the neighborhood was nice, location to activities was nice. The amount of space in the house was great. There was ample seating outside to enjoy the weather and the yard was decent. If they added a few towels, did a few updates to the game room, and updated some of the stuff mentioned above this house would get a higher star rating.

It was ok

The house is cockroach infested. In the kitchen and bedrooms. No tissue toilet paper,no garbage bags, no dish washer pods, towels had holes, game room dirty and games not working. I was disappointed. Will not recommend.
