Sandy Flat, a beach home on Pawleys Island, South Carolina, is a great place to stay for a relaxing vacation. From the first week of January to the third week of the August, Saturday to Saturday weekly rentals only.

Sandy Flat sleeps 8 people with one bedroom (queen bed) downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs (queen bed in one and double and twin in the other). Children love the upstairs loft with its twin and trundle beds. Baths with shower and tub on each floor. Outside enclosed shower has hot water. Deck has beautiful clear view of Pawleys Creek. The ocean can be seen and heard from the upstairs bedrooms. Wifi and 3 television sets are included.

We do not furnish sheets and towels, normally. Rentals on Pawleys Island usually have an additional fee for sheets and towels. Therefore, many people prefer to bring their own sheets and towels. Talk with me about this I as can furnish them, and you can make the beds yourself.

Parking is available for a maximum of three cars. (Please stay on the paved drive.)

THE PET FEE OF $100 IS FOR ONE DOG. EACH ADDITIONAL DOG IS $50. Since I can’t get the VRBO software to compute this (even with the help of their technicians), if you bring more than one dog, we will need to address the payment separately. I do not accept cats.

I prefer to speak with you before before you book! However, as a safety measure, VRBO blocks our email and telephone numbers until payment had been made. After we speak, if either of us decides that Sandy Flat is not a “good fit,” you will get a full refund.
