Can’t say enough good things about our experience in Villa 1706! From check-in to departure, the villa concierge Eduardo, took extra care to ensure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay…arranging transport to/from airport, excursion planning and dinner recommendations! The villa was comfortable and had the best views with an excellent location on Medano beach. The snacks and cocktails upon arrival were an added bonus. We will be booking in Villa 1706 again!

We have stayed at Estancia several times and we love it. Our 7 people loved the beautiful unit. The highlight was the 3 large beds in the kids room, finally enough beds for our big family! The view was spectacular. We had daily maid service which was such a luxury. We would definitely rent this spacious condo again.

Home away from home

We loved our stay! The unit was spotless and had everything we needed to be comfortable for the week. We were welcomed with snacks and drinks prepared in suite. Eduardo was amazing and checked in on us during our stay. Estancia was perfect for our family of 5. Close to all of the spring break action but far enough away to give us a place to relax. We loved the views from the patio and easy access to the swimmable beach.

Amazing family vacation in Cabo

The unit was perfect for our family of 5. The three beds in the 2nd bedroom was perfect. The property manager and cleaning staff were excellent. They even had Margaritas and snacks waiting for us at arrival. We will definitely be back!

Amazing stay at Villa la Estancia

I last stayed at this resort about 10 years ago and it was as fantastic as I remember. The booking process could not have been smoother, the villa was wonderful and we were greeted with some delicious margaritas and handmade salsa/gauc upon our check in. 10/10 experience, would love to book with this host again!

Villa 1706

Exceptional, is the only word to describe our stay at La Estancia. The room was just as Brian had described. Beautiful views from the balconies. The villa was setup perfectly to accommodate everything that we needed during our stay. Eduardo was incredible. He was available during the entire stay to help setup rides, dinner reservations at local restaurants and even set us up with a private boat for the day. Our driver Angel was awesome and very flexible with our schedule. He was the best. Overall our stay was a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend staying at Brian’s Villa. You will not regret your decision.

Perfect Family Vacation

The property was perfect. We are three adults and three kids, 13, 13, & 18. La Estancia as a property is fantastic. Close to the Cabo marina, good beach access, standard distance from San Jose del Cabo and the airport. We enjoyed the pools and the restaurants were good, if a little pricey. We found La Estancia was not as busy as the sister properties next door with less children and chaos which was perfect for us. As for the particular unit, the 3 queen beds in the 2nd room was amazing. As far as we could tell it may be the only 2 bedroom that offers this. There was still plenty of room to move in that room. The cleaning team did a great job, though they did go two days before coming back and the trash was overflowing. We set it in the hallway not knowing what else to do. A few things to note as we found this feedback helpful during our stay. We could not get the Keurig to work so we used the drip coffee and Nespresso. We tried cooking a bit but there were no measuring spoons. Also the knives were quite dull. One of the queen beds had a dip in it but having previously read reviews about that we asked the concierge and they came and fixed it. Unfortunately we had to fix it several more times. We also had trouble with the thermostats. One room was hot and we couldn’t find it… the bellman showed us where they were and all was well after that. They are LOW and behind furniture - the middle bed in the queen room and behind the nightstand in the master. We will be back!

Great time!

We love staying here. First time in this unit but it was laid out like another one we've stayed in. Advice would be to use house manager to purchase groceries prior to your arrival. We wish we would have done that this time even though our stay was pretty short. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful place I Cabo

Fabulous time at this comfortable, spacious condo with an outstanding view. All things as pictured - the bed was great, the kitchen was well appointed and the property was well maintained. The consierge and owner were very responsive. Highly recommend.

This resort was beautiful and very clean. The staff was wonderful. The ocean views were gorgeous! Our condo was amazing! So much space for our family to move around in. Customer service was great. The resort we stayed in was in the middle of 3 sister resorts. Which we could use either of the other 2 resorts restaurants and bars and shows but not the pools. Our pool was pretty restrictive. No balls at the pool. No small coolers at the pool( this is a condo resort so we have a kitchen) no small speakers at the pool. ( no music playing at the pool) no activity at the pool. Just so u know if ur looking for anything like that for the family. We had a great time, just would have wanted to know before about it being more of a “quiet pool area”

Beautiful Villa

This is a beautiful villa in a beautiful resort! This is our 4th time renting this same villa and it never disappoints. If you have 3 kids, the 3 beds in the 2nd bedroom are great. The place is very well maintained and updated. Everything you need is there and the view is so pretty. Villa la Eatancia is close to everything. The service there is great and the pools are fabulous. Highly recommend!

Great property, great place to stay!

Our family had a lovely stay in this property. Unfortunately, the private concierge was not able to be on property when we were there, so hopefully that has been figured out, but other than not getting the "mexican treat" everyone raved about, it did not affect the stay. The pool is good, the beach location is great, the view is great. Transportation is easy to obtain through the general concierge or via taxi. We did not go to Costco, but did go to Wal-Mart. Food and beverage on property are $$$, so I recommend having some snacks and food in the unit. Great stay! Thanks!

A perfect vacation from start to finish

This is our second family vacation staying Villa la Estancia. The property is centrally located and sits on a swimming beach. The condo floor plan is well thought out and all the comforts of home. We really like that the property is gated and there is everything you need including a market, coffee house, ice cream parlor, gym, and excellent restaurants on site. We can't wait to go back next year!

Our family vacation

The location was perfect, close to downtown and the marina. Beautiful views of lands end. Service at the resort was excellent. The villa was clean and spacious. The only complaint I have is one of the beds in my daughter’s room had a mattress that was completely caved in the center so no one could sleep there.

Christmas in Cabo

We had the best time celebrating Christmas in Cabo. The property is exactly as described, perfect location. The view was amazing. Salvador was super helpful with arranging our transportation, booking us an excursion and setting up a dinner in the Condo (highly recommend the dinner). The staff of property is so nice. Would 100% book this condo again.

50th Birthday

We had a wonderful stay in Unit 1706. The beds are very comfortable, and the unit is clean and fully stocked! We enjoyed the welcome chips and guac, and took advantage of the private chef option. Diego, our chef, made a meal that knocked our socks off! All this and a perfect sunset from the patio. It was a dream vacay!

Our family is so excited to finally own our spectacular Villa in Cabo San Lucas. My husband and I (Brian and Stephanie) along with our three children (Kaila, Kassidy and Ryan) have been vacationing in Mexico for many years and have been looking to purchase a vacation property for over 10 years. But we needed to find the right one, and as soon as we arrived at the Villa La Estancia we knew we had finally found the perfect place.

Por que o anfitrião escolheu essa propriedade

We have over the years visited many different parts of Mexico, every time we always compared everything back to Cabo San Lucas, I remember a Mexican cruise we took and the Kids crying because they did not want to get back on the boat, they love Cabo and wanted to stay there. Medano beach is one of the most beautiful beaches, we especially love it because the kids can swim in the ocean, they spends hours everyday in the surf playing. We also have had many great memories and family fun, in the beach restaurants (The Office, Mango Deck). Brian and my son Ryan love deep sea fishing, this property is an easy walk to or quick cab to the bustling exciting Marina. When the boys go fishing the girls go shopping, still after many trips we never get bored of walking the streets downtown and seeing what the locals have for sale. Many other exciting fun activities that our family enjoys are taking a water taxi over to lover beach to snorkel, the boys are always spotting whales, we love to do ATV trips and horseback riding. So many great restaurants in town. But at the end of the day going back to the Villa La Estancia is such a treat.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

There is so much to do in Cabo San Lucas, but when all is done and you head back to the Villa, the grounds are breathtaking, the atmosphere is quiet and tranquil, the pools are beautiful, the steak house is incredible. A glass of wine on the patio looking out over Lands End is always the best part of the day.
