This very roomy beach front condo has a view and balcony access from every room! Why spend your vacation in a place where you sleep in a windowless room when you can wake up and walk out on your balcony from the living room / dining room and each of the 3 bedrooms to enjoy the gorgeous view and enjoy your morning coffee, or your evening glass of wine while you watch the sun set over the Gulf! From the 20th floor balcony of this professionally decorated vacation condominium it seems you can see all the way to Destin!

This is a new rental condo, completely renovated and professionally decorated, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, condo. The renovation was completed by the new owners in late-July of 2013. The kitchen and the guest bath were completely taken out and renovated from the walls in.

The kitchen features custom-built cabinets with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. You can see the Gulf from the kitchen as you prepare a meal or sit at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utentils and cookware needed to prepare a complete meal. The side by side refrigerator has an ice maker, so no need to purchase additional ice. This family-friendly condo also has a high chair for the little ones in your family.

The living and dining room boast all new furnishings with a queen-size sofa sleeper with an upgraded mattress. The 55-inch HD Smart TV has HBO and other movie channels, many sports channels and has a DVD player. And, because it is a smart TV you can connect to your favorite streaming TV shows on Netflix or Hulu, etc.! You can enjoy your meals either at the seating for six on the deck or the seating for six at the beautiful hardwood dining table in the dining room. All floors throughout have porcelain tile, with a thick area carpet in the TV area so the kids or teens can sit or lay on the floor while watching a movie, or the big game!

The bedrooms are very comfortably furnished with new mattresses and foundations, along with new carpet and numerous pillows! The master bedroom has a very comfy king bed with a recliner for reading, watching TV, or napping! Also, it includes a 32-inch TV and DVD player. You can sit up in bed to watch TV, but better yet you can watch the beautiful sun sets from the king bed as well!

The 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, and two side chairs with a reach-in and a walk-in closet and balcony access. The walk-in closet has the pack-and-play (play pen) for the little one! The 3rd bedroom has two queen beds, a view of the Grand Lagoon as well as the Gulf, and its own private balcony on the Gulf. Both of these bedrooms have 24-in. TV's with DVD players. Both of these bedrooms also have nights lights that can be switched on for the little kids, or switched off for the adults sleeping there.

Amenities include a brand new, LG full-size, large capacity, washer and dryer. The bathrooms include hair dryers, liquid hand soap, and so you don't bump into anything - night lights! The guest bathroom has a tub / shower combination with a grab bar and the extra wide shower curtain rod, like in fine hotels! The master suite has a walk-in shower with a frameless glass sliding shower door. There are two vanities in the master suite, so that privacy is assured!

This 20th floor condo is in Building E, the newest building at the Dunes. It is just steps from the parking lot directly in front of the building and also just steps to the closest of the 3 pools on the property as well as to the beach itself! This property has 24/7 security with gated access and roving security patrols, so no need to worry about your vehicle or personal belongings.

Many fine restaurants and local night spots are close by as well as St. Andrews state park which is a short jog, walk or bicycle ride away! If you want to visit Pier Park, it is just a 10 minute drive. So, relax and enjoy and feel like you have come home to your new beach vacation home!!

Sorry, but although we love animals, pets are not allowed at our vacation home! This is not only our rule, but the rule of our home owners association. It is enforced! Sorry! :(

Family vacation

This condo is perfect! It was extremely clean. We loved the extra touch of having travel size items left for us to start off with. The furniture was beautiful in every room. It was also very spacious. Everyone had plenty of room to themselves. The perfect touch was the huge balcony. Perfect to watch the Florida sunsets.

Fantastic Condo

We had an amazing family vacation. The condo was perfect and plenty of space for everyone and very clean. The beach was perfect and not too crowded. They are doing construction which woke us up early every morning what sounded like drilling through the wall but that has nothing to do with the condo and I am sure will be finished soon! Will for sure try to stay again!

Beautiful Condo!

This was my 17th year staying in E Building at the Dunes. I have always loved staying here, but this unit took everything to a new level! It is just beautiful, and the views from the 20th floor were fantastic! Can't wait to come back "home" to the Dunes, and it will definitely be in this unit!

Fantastic stay!

Mike and Mary were so helpful and kind from our first interaction. Their condo was great!! So clean and modern and comfortable. The views were amazing. Every morning we sat and watched the ocean while we drank our coffee; one evening while it stormed, we sat in chairs on the deck and watch the lightening over the ocean. It was incredible. Thank you for a fabulous time!! The pool and surrounding area was perfect and the ocean and sand were clean and beautiful in this area!

Exceeded Expectations!!

The condo truly exceeded all our expectations and was the perfect place to enjoy a week at the beach with friends and family. The layout and beach decor were not only beautiful, but incredibly comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare any meal and we all enjoyed countless hours on the balcony watching the amazing sunsets and marine life in the water below. The owners were professional and fantastic to work making sure every detail was covered. Highly recommend....don't hesitate....book it now!

Christmas Vacation

We rented this condo for our family so that we could come to Florida and spend time with my son who lives here. The condo was AMAZING and in fact, the pictures don’t quite do it justice. It was clean, updated, spacious, and had the most amazing views of the beach. The 24/hr security guard and gated property made us feel safe and secure. In addition to how nice the property was, it was fully stocked with nice cookware and kitchen utensils. The bedrooms were big, comfortable, and came with linens and pillows already on the beds. We didn't have to bring anything except the food and drinks we wanted. This made our trip hassle free! I very highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Panama City Beach as it’s right on the water and close to everything you could want to do. Thank you to the owners for providing such a wonderful place for our family to visit.

Best condo I've ever rented

My family and friends always book a summer vacation together so it is hard to find a place to accommodate everyone without couples having to share a twin bed. This condo's layout was perfect, four queen beds and one king made everyone happy. In addition, every room has a balcony, so no fights over rooms! The condo itself was spacious and well equipped, even had board games for the one rainy day we had. The only thing missing was a broom, (we ended up purchasing one and left it in the condo so hopefully it will still be there) We also loved that the pool stayed open pretty late and the condo had BBQ pits near the pool so we could cook out and swim. It should be noted this condo is located at the very end of the strip so I found it a lot quieter then other Condos we rented closer to the middle of the strip. I plan to rent this every year if possible.

A view from every room!

This was, by far, the best condo we have stayed. The rooms were big with lots of room for us and our daughter's family and 3 grandchildren. I loved the huge master plus the two extra bedrooms had 2 queen size beds in each room, much better than having bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen was fully furnished with new cabinets and granite. The floor plan was a split bedroom plan, meaning the master was on one side and the other two bedrooms were on the opposite side so you didn't have to deal with any noise. The view was magnificent on the 20th floor, I was hesitate about being up that high but wouldn't have it any other way. I hope everyone will take care of your condo, Mike, as I could see you put a lot of love and time into all your newly remodeled selections. Loved the fact it had keyless entry with our own special code giving us a secure feeling when we were gone. We will be back! Much success with your rental!

Impressively organized experience

We have rented far too many vacation homes over the years to count and without a doubt this was the most organized from start to finish. Even after I missed an important email needed for rental, making matters a tad more difficult, he worked with me without complaint. The Smijds go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcome and I felt like I could call or message him with any questions without the worry of bothering them. Upon arrival, I patted myself on the back for choosing such an impressive property. More than enough room for us all to spread out to do our own thing, while also having the perfect amount of space to eat and hang out as a family. Beds were all very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We will definitely remember this rental for future visits to PCB!

Perfect condo!

If you are like me and read 3000 reviews before you rent a place, please save some of your time and rent this condo! It was perfect. We had a large group of 9 (ages 10-63) and all of us fit perfectly in the unit. We hope to come back soon! Here is a quick breakdown: Bedrooms: Great storage and comfy beds. All rooms have a balcony view of the ocean. Bathrooms: I am a germ freak and I could comfortably be in the bathroom and not be grossed out. Water pressure was great. Balcony: large and clean. Great furniture on the balcony too. Plenty of of room for everyone! Kitchen/living/dining: Nice furniture, clean and plenty of space for everyone to be in there at the same time. Kitchen and laundry room were very clean. All of the appliances were nice and lots of utensils. Pool: Big! room for everyone. SUPER clean. Lots of chairs and tables. We never used the pool at the other buildings because I thought ours was better. There is a great little bar by the pool too. Good drinks and food. Not bad pricing either! Very casual. Beach: Perfect. Elevators: Move in day and move out day they were busy but we still never waited more than 5 minutes for an elevator. Being on the 20th floor is helpful too. Parking: Parking lot is great. We had 3 spots. Never had trouble finding a spot. Owners: Mike and Mary were great to communicate with. They were available with any questions and gave you all of the information you need. They seem like sweet people.

The owner was very easy to communicate with. The location was perfect, away from the busier parts of beach but close enough. The condo was one of the best we have rented.

Beautiful, spacious condo with amazing view!

Great location, great accommodations. Really appreciated the thoughtful conveniences from the owner, like laundry pods and dish soaps. Very spacious unit, plenty of room for everybody. The balcony and view were amazing! Loved having a code to get in so we didn't have to keep track of a key for everyone coming and going. We will definitely stay here again!

The property was better than advertised. The owners were very prompt with communication throughout the entire reservation process and ensured we had everything we needed before we arrived. They provided detailed instructions that made check in easier.

We have lived in the Columbus, Georgia area for the past 34 years. We went to the beach for many years with our three sons as they were growing up. We always liked the east end of the beach on Thomas Drive and being close to St. Andrews park. Now that we have grand children we thought it would be great to have our own place at the beach. So, in April, 2013 we purchased this 3 bedroom property at the Dunes. This property is on the quiet end of the beach near restaurants, the state park, and shopping!

This property has everything you can ask for in a beach vacation. In addition to the 3 pools and 1,500 feet of beach, so close to your front door in Building E, you have beach volleyball, the banana boat, jet ski and parasail rentals all right on the beach in front of this building. There is also two, lighted tennis courts, a basketball court, and a fitness room on the complex's property.

But most of all it was the amazingly, beautiful Gulf front views that convinced us that this was the best place to enjoy beach vacations with our family!

The fact that all the rooms of this condo are situated on the Gulf with the million dollar views and balcony access from every room convinced us that this was the place to be!
