Fantastic beach condo

The walk to the beach is super easy and Shoal Bay is a gorgeous beach. The condo was beautiful, clean, and all we could ask for.

It was perfect for me and my 2 teenaged boys. We stayed for 10 days. Loved the easy 5 minute walk to Shoal bay. Prudence was awesome - had answers/solutions to every question/problem I threw at her. Aneva Was AWESOME - kept our apartment very clean! Need a taxi - call Don - He was amazing too!

Loved it

We just loved the unit, it was just the right size for us, and we loved the views from the balcony. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook breakfast and there were containers for your leftovers as well. Kitchen was what I describe as “completely clean “ meaning, only salt and pepper provided, although they did provide a starter pack of coffee sugar and creamer. But no spice rack or anything else. Which I suspect is probably due to COVID regs — most properties no longer provide any spice or other foodstuffs since 2020. Daily housekeeping (!) brought towels and they were generous with beach towels and bath towels, which were thick and luxurious— not sad and thin like we’ve experienced at so many other properties. They also provided really nice amenities in terms of the shampoo and body wash. If you are a bar soap person (like my husband) you need to pack your own, which I did. Very convenient to have your own washer dryer as well. Walk to the provided beach chairs on the beach was a bit longer than I expected, but you can also drive and park if you don’t want the walk. I’d stay here again, as it was a great location and the amenities were quite good.

It was exactly what we were looking for: beautiful beach, quiet, clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed and Prudence, the guest service manager was terrific. We are hoping to make it an annual event. Wonderful location and property.

Great condo

The property was clean, spacious and well appointed. Convenient to have beach chairs available at Tropical Sunset. Beach is short walk, and easily accessible. It was nice to have housekeeping. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful Getaway

Beautiful property, wonderful views. Many restaurants within walking distance or short drive. Accommodations were excellent. Clean, very well stocked with all necessities. 2- large bedrooms with King sized beds. Unit is open and airy with comfortable, large decks. Pool is large, clean and inviting with chaise lounges chairs, umbrellas and a gas grill. Met delightful people from all many different locations. We had a great time and look forward to a return trip in the near future!

Beautiful Villa

We loved the property and it was only about 100 yards to the beach. There were several restaurants and bars on Shoals Bay that we could walk to so we didn't have to worry about drinking and driving. The water was beautiful and it was such a relaxing 6 days in Anguilla.

Fantastic!

This is a wonderful place fora getaway. Great location. Fantastic beach with a variety of good food options within walking distance. Tiffany was helpful and answered all of our questions. The Condo is comfortable, clean with great storage, wonderful views and convenient parking. This is our new go to place for Anguilla.

Best for us

We really loved this condo. There were plenty of trash cans, the AC worked fine and the on property staff were always around and helpful. The walk to the beach was very short and having the pool for when we didn’t want to hit a beach was perfect. This property was on what we think is the best beach. Plenty of dining options within walking distance. We went to a great bakery and pizza place nearby and loved Gwen’s too

Great Location on Shoal Bay East

We had a wonderful, peaceful time at Shoal Bay Village. Our condo was very nice and our view spectacular. The condo itself had a few minor issues, but nothing that took away from our experience. From our first night dinner we could walk to at Gwen’s, the beautiful beach we could snorkel from, the breakfasts of croissants from Le Bon Pain on our patio, our morning swim in the pool and the gorgeous sunsets, it was perfection.

Photos made it look like the condo was much closer to the beach than it actually was.

No working A/C in living room. Kitchen was poorly stocked. Bedrooms were great. Beautiful pool and loved having a washer/dryer. Lovely view from porch and great breezes. Great location on Shoal Bay. Overall, a nice stay.

Beautiful beautiful property!

Shoal Bay Village and specifically the Seabreeze Condo was breathtaking! Easy convenience to the beautiful beach, very clean and tidy condo, easy check in and check out; all top notch! Wouldn't hesitiate for a single second coming back here again!

A beautifully appointed condo on a gorgeous beach

We came here for some R&R and couldn't have asked for a better stay. This condo is incredibly comfortable. The luxurious beds allowed us to sleep in a couple of mornings (a rarity). We spent a couple of lazy nights eating in which was made possible by the equipment kitchen. We were thrilled to be located steps away from such a beautiful beach! The condo affords a view of the ocean and killer sunsets. So happy to have spent time in Sea Breeze.

Most Spectacular Beach in the World!

Went down to beautiful Anguilla to spend a romantic week on the beach with my girlfriend and cannot recommend Fountain Resort Residences enough. We stayed in the huge studio apartment and it had all the comforts of home...plus the most incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean right off of our private deck! We woke up bright and early every morning (okay - so we slept in a couple of days!) and planned our day over a cup of coffee on that deck I mentioned before. I know. Let's go to the beach! We would take that short stroll down the path and would be staring at the most incredible white sand beach I have ever seen. I swear it seemed nearly a mile long stretch of white sand and the most spectacular crystal clear, aquamarine and emerald water I have ever seen. All we had to do was decide if we wanted to plop down in beach chairs in front of a simple beach bar or an incredible high-end luxury resort. We were welcomed warmly at all of them and I think we tried them all.. There must be a dozen at least. I decided the Rum Punch at Madeiraman was the best on the beach, but my girlfriend disagrees. She thinks the best one to be had is at Gwen's. To each their own, I suppose. We would swim around all afternoon and then head back to our apartment. It was freshly cleaned and such a lovely place to take a shower and rest up before heading out to drinks and dinner at one of Angullia's many bars and restaurants. It is so hard to choose, but my favorite is the night we spent having drinks at Elvis's and then dinner at C'est La Vie. Delicious freshly made pasta. Yum! Many thanks to Scot and Tiff for a wonderful stay at Fountain Resort Residences. You can be sure that we will be back...and soon!

Best Beaches Ever!

We had a fantastic vacation. We had ocean views from every room and both balconies. The main balcony has a dining table, and we enjoyed meals and drinks overlooking the ocean everyday. The condo has a fully appointed kitchen. We were able to eat in when we were feeling a little quiet. Having in-unit laundry available was also very convenient. The Shoal Bay beaches are spectacular! In a couple of minutes, we could walk down to the long stretch of powder beaches with postcard worthy crystal blue water. The beaches are lined with a variety of restaurant options to enjoy open air lunches. Escargot and rosé at the beach! Rent a beach chair for the day (for just a few dollars), and you can lounge under an umbrella and enjoy drink service as well. It was truly luxurious. Anguilla has a lot of dinner options as well. We had pizza cooked in a fire oven brought in frim Italy, sushi on the sunset patio, fresh pasta at the beach, and French fare in town. This was an amazing vacation! I hope to return soon!!

Quiet, private ...with a view

We toured all of Anguilla and loved coming back to our private condo. It's great to have your own kitchen see you can pack coolers for the day and come back to food in your refrigerator. The area is isolated and it's a little bit of a walk down the hill to the beach if you don't mind that.

Spacious, comfy, zen!

This was our first visit to Anguilla and it won't be our last! The beaches are beyond beautiful. Food is fresh and delicious...from the small beach shacks to the more refined dining, we thoroughly enjoyed all the local flavors. The Fountain Resort in Shoal Bay East is a short walk to a beautiful beach. We stayed in a 2-bedroom unit that was very comfortable for two couples. Each bedroom was quite large, with a TON of closet and drawer space so you can unpack and get organized. Even the bathrooms had a lot of storage space for products and such (unusual and much appreciated!). There were balconies off both bedrooms with comfortable seating for reading, having a cocktail or just chilling. The front bedroom had a coffee pot, mini-fridge and microwave in the room. Nice touch! We opted to cook dinner in the room one night and found the kitchen to be well-equipped for our needs. Our unit had nice, newer appliances, including a full-size fridge. There is seating for 3 at the kitchen counter and a larger seating area on the balcony. No kitchen table. (Who wants to eat inside anyway, when you can dine al fresco?!?!) The family room was ample size for 4-6 people to comfortably watch TV or play games. We rarely did either though, since we spent most of our time outside. Large washer and dryer were right outside the front door, making laundry very convenient. Next time, I will pack much less! For daytime, a bathing suit, cover-up and flip flops are all you need anyway. The resort pool is nice, with comfortable lounge chairs. You can bring your own beverages to the pool so you're not paying ridiculous prices of a hotel resort. Beach/pool towels are in each room and are replenished by housekeeping. The short road leading to Fountain is unpaved and a bit rocky. However, we were told it's being paved this summer. There is some construction going on next door but it didn't interfere with our visit at all. Bottom line, if you want to be waited on (and pay a premium), this isn't the resort for you. If you want to feel 'at home', this is a beautiful, comfortable, spacious, clean place to stay. For the price, you can't beat it...especially when split between two couples. I'd recommend a top floor unit if you can handle the stairs. You'll want to rent a car so you can explore the island. Can't wait to go back!

UNBELIEVABLE!!!! PERFECT LOCATION AND PROPERTY!!

My girlfriend and I just spent four days in heaven!! The property was more than we could have possibly hoped for with top of the line everything and the furnishings were spectacular. The location to the beach was just a minutes walk and the beach is indescribable!! We could not believe our eyes and feet!! Sand like we have never felt before. Our best try at a description was like cake mix!! Its literally like powder!! The ocean is like a warm beautiful salt bath. So hard to describe. The colors are like no where else. We live in St Thomas Virgin Islands and this was a treat!!! The locals are friendly and helpful and the staff is so nice. Amanda was wonderful. And you can take a ferry to St Marteen in 25 minutes! What a treat! Bring your passport and explore. We will be going back again and again. One of our most relaxing trips. I have not found a more spectacular beach anywhere !!! Everything was better than advertised. Thank you!!

Paradise!

We had a fantastic time at Shoal Beach Village. This penthouse is brand spanking new and beautifully appointed. Comfy rattan lounge chairs and solid hardwood furniture combined with the stainless steel appliances, flat screen televisions and sound system really made for that "barefoot elegance" experience I'm looking for when vacationing in the Caribbean. We could have lounged at the property all day long and been very happy, but by noon I couldn't resist that short walk to Shoal Bay Beach. I've heard that it was voted the Most Beautiful Beach in the World and I am not at all surprised. The fine white sand beach contrasting with the turquoise and emerald water took my breath away. Ok, the rum punch and fish sandwiches at the many beach bars along the way helped the experience too. Don't forget to pick up a few fine Cuban cigars at Madeariman's, if those are your thing. We rented a car and took advantage of the many other fun things to do on Anguilla. The food really is the best I've had in the islands. The beach lunch on the private island of Scilly Cay was so much fun and the grilled lobster was delicious. Sunset with sushi and saki at the Viceroy was a lovely time, too. I didn't expect to find spectacular Italian food on Anguilla, but Dolce Vita changed my mind. The Sunday afternoon party at Bankie Banx's has the best Soca band I've ever heard. We really did have a wonderful time at your home at Shoal Beach Village. Thank you so much for the lovely time and all of your suggestions were spot on. You can be sure that we will be returning very soon!

Quiet and secluded, but right on the beach - Sea Breeze at The Fountain is the perfect location to enjoy Shoal Bay and Anguilla.
