ABSOLUTELY PERFECT

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful time! The House was PERFECT!!! Any maintenance issues were taken care of immediately!! We had guests come and go all month and they were so impressed with the location and house also. The kids loved the pool.

Everything was great! Everything in the house was brand new! Very clean, quiet neighborhood. Host was great fast response. Kitchen was well equipped. Very family friendly.

Great space, newly updated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, this is a great house and was perfect for our family over spring break. The kitchen was well stocked, the whole house was very clean and newly remodeled, and has a very large living room space. The only warning I would want to give future renters is that the pool is very small. I think this would be ok in the summer when you want to cool off, but it wasn't really useful for adults and teenagers during spring break. I think it would be great for small kids. But if you are looking for a pool older kids can splash around in, this is not that pool. Otherwise, we enjoyed everything else about the property and highly recommend.

The inside of the house was very clean and the location to activities and dining was great. Other than that I wish I never booked this place. The outside area needed work. The pool area had tons of old moth nests everywhere. Dirt and pine straw was hanging from the roof. The pool is super small and the hot tub was dirty. No privacy at all. The neighbors know the place is a rental so they are watching at all times. I actually got a call from island time that they had a picture of a towel hanging on the back fence and i needed to remove it because it is against policy. The first day of my vacation we came back to the rental to find a pool guy in the yard after we just came back from the beach that said we can not use the pool for for 3 hrs? The second day we were grilling out and a random landscaper showed up with a blower and just walked into the backyard blowing dirt all over my guests and our food?! I was completely embarrassed. I called the office and they said its in the agreement, Would be nice to let you know when they are coming so you will not be there! The fouth day we were locked out because the keyless entry battery died so we had to stand out in the heat and wait for someone to fix it and let us in. At one point my 50 year old brother looked at me and said I just want to go home!? It was the worst feeling in the world to hear that, and quite embarrassing as well because I planned this trip for my family! I will never go back and it was definitely not worth the
